The passenger rear light was broken and they didn't fix it and let me drive off like that. They also charged me for furniture pad which they did not have and provide. They half assed their job.Edwin R.

Called ahead of time to the location I reserved the trailer at just to make sure it was there. They redirected me to another location across town and had no idea what reservation I was talking about. Good thing I happened to call first, or else I would have been running around town all day. Do you think in the future making a reservation could actually reserve something at the right location? There is no sign that says Parker Road Rental or even 528 Parker Road. What you do see is a towing company (532 Parker Road), that has a tiny orange box labelled uhaul on it. Bonus points if another UHAUL location calls you the next morning as says you still haven't turned in your vehicle and are being charged a late fee. AWESOME.Russell A.

The folks I rented from told me I could get a box spring and mattress in this trailer. I doubted it at the time but they insisted. I got it home and the box spring wouldn't fit. By the time we realized this the UHaul dealer was closed and we had to leave that night. I wish we had the next size up because we needed this bed for our kids in Idaho. The misinformation costed me additional money at our destination to set up the bed properly.steven L.

I don't think I ever saw a sign saying Parker Rd. Rentals. I saw the u-hauls parked beside a business named CM something a stopped and asked if this was the right place. It was, and from there on the service was excellent. I would recommend this business but they need better signs.tim F.

I reserved a uhaul for $360 but when I picked it up, they made me sign a contract for $450 & said I had to drop it off in a completely different city. They said there wasn't a uhaul at my destination, but there actually is. They wouldn't refund the difference even though I returned it at the closer location which is also the same one I had the original reservation at.Leila O.

The representative inside was very helpful and managed to get me a few extra days to move. Very corteous. However, the men who helped set up the tow dolly did not use extensions for the tire down downs eventhough I mentioned it looked like they were needed. Thankfully the chain from the dolly to the axle prevented a very serious accident as the straps came loose 3 times during the trip. I had to keep checking. The truck did not have a gentle ride at all as adverstised and bounced continuously on any kind of uneven surface. I'm glad I made it to my destination safely and alive!!KENT S.

The locations staff is amazing! Unfortunately, it was raining the day of my move and the truck had a massive leak. Rain water pored into the cabin with my things. My pickup location is closed on the weekend so I called the 800#. That experience was poor. The rep was cold, impersonable as well as dismissive of my situation. Stating the leak was my issue for not knowing during the walk through. I informed the rep that it wasn't raining during my walk through so I would have no way of knowing the roof had a leak. He gave me the number to Uhaul's insurance and abruptly hung up. It's fortunate tht the pickup locations staff was SO good that I would still use UHaul again.Andria Y.

Could not get the lights to work and I was sent to get new wiring harness (cost me $60.00) just to find out the problem was ground wire on trailer. They jerry rigged a ground wire with a clip from my hitch to trailer and sent me away not feeling good about the fix. I then took it to U-Haul in Vacaville who fixed it properly. Parker road may be a good location to drop a trailer off but certainly not one to pick up equipment as did not leave feeling as if they had a clue what they were doing.LARRY B.

Put better tires on truck because mine were slick and bald. Don't give customers a truck with a crack in windshield. I had to drive all the way to LA with a crack in my windshield and the guy just said report on form so I wont get charged for it at my drop off location. The overrall image of the truck was clean with minor scratches and dents all around. I would have preferred they given me another truck since I was so concerned with the items I found and brought to their attention.LATONYA J.
