josh mTruck has a serious alignment issue or possibly a bad tie rod. It honestly didn’t seem safe to drive. The check-in process was slow, but the return process was abysmal. The employee who handled the return didn’t seem even to know how to process convenience store purchases (he took 4 of those in between trying to handle my return)—much less how to get the return process completed, which took a full half-hour.

Kenneth WDid not have any dollies, furniture pads, straps, bungee cords, or any other moving equipment. When I made the reservation, the reservation allowed me pay for a dolly and furniture pads, but this location only had the truck and nothing else

John H.89 a mile seems high to me a lower rate for short trips would be nice for people who are using it for a few hours and not much mileage.

Mark CThe equipment that we reserved weeks in advance was not available when we arrived. Even though we selected online check in/pick up, we were prompted to come inside for assistance instead. The overall process was disorganized and unreliable. The truck was fine.

The location was horrible, no real parking for vehicles, and after following all of the directions for mobile pickup I still had to show my license again and the attendant didn’t seem to know how to check out the van. Why did I take a picture and upload my license picture if I had to show it again to get the keys?
Elyse AStaff had poor customer service. Did self check in went inside and the clerk had a long line he made we wait while he attended to the entire line. Upon returning a different sales associate gave me a very hard time about parking the truck. I told her I was not comfortable navigating it into the space and she was just rude. I told her I didn’t know how much gas was in the truck she referred me to the app. I asked for help bc I had poor reception she said well I’ll help you but there’s a charge. She was very rude.

Vivien KConvenient drop off. The estimated amount of gas to get back to my original level was way too high, so frustrating that I had to spend extra money on gassing your truck more than I needed to.

Sondra DGood customer service. Easy process. In and out in no time. The truck was clean however it needs a wheel alignment. Could not drive more than 45 mph without shaking and feeling like it was going out of control.

Geneva EExcellent service, was a walk-in. Make a reservation if you wish to save time picking up your vehicle.
PETERIS SThe only issue I had was the truck was to small for what we needed. So a 3 hour round trip turned into 7 1/2 hours. We had to travel from hanover md to Ashburn VA so making 2 trips was a huge inconvenience not to mention the extra expense for the double miles we had to travel.

Shandice KMake it easier to find the truck. They instructions said to look at a place on the truck for the # but it was not there and in a different spot on the truck. Gas charge is overpriced.
Andrew GEmployee at the Sunoco told us that there was no parking available and that we would need to either wait for a spot or take the Uhaul to a different location (which he said we'd have to pay for), a spot opened up and he told us we could not park there and to park across the busy street instead. We were also charged almost $50 for gas even though the tank was in the exact spot it was when received. Very displeased.

Truneal JThe employee tried to fight me and my friend and got all up in my friends face. We were 2 females a man let alone an employee of U haul should never get that irate and unprofessional with any customers.
