I went in person to Parsons Tire to reserve a truck and they were very helpful and got me set up. The rental went smoothly and the truck was fairly clean and in perfect working order. We filled up the truck and returned it the same day at 4:36PM to the same overgrown parking spot with 64,758.1 miles and 7/8 of a tank of fuel (more than it departed with) and I took the keys in to the service desk where two gentlemen took them and told me thanks and they would get the truck checked in, thus I went home. A week later, I received calls from both UHaul Regional and Parsons asking if I still had the truck, if I was planning on returning it, or if I remembered where I parked it... In the following series of phone calls, it appears that the truck was not checked in and was then rented out again or has otherwise disappeared and it took a week for your company to realize this? Fortunately, I took photos of the return, mileage, and fuel so my return of the vehicle is no longer in question, however, this does little to inspire confidence in UHaul as a company I would put a lot of trust in with my cargo...

None of my equipment was ready. I only ended up with a truck. I had ordered two dollies and 10 blankets. I set up Express pickup but when I got to Parsons they never set me up for it.

To whom it may concern: The drop off place was the most unorganized lot I’ve ever seen. I dropped the trailer off within 24 hours of pick-up. The following day, I received an e-mail, stating they had charged me $20. I called the location and they told me that the trailer was not parked properly, that’s why they charged me. I was furious, because I had washed the trailer and parked it next to other trailers. They have no organization or signage of where to park the trailer yet charged me $20. I find this practice to be very unfair and someone needs to look into this. I was told they charged other customers the same. It was just a gravel parking lot, tall grass and vegetation growth everywhere. Trailers were scattered throughout the lot. I would appreciate my refund of $20. Thank you. I truly hope someone can look into this matter as I will contact the better business bureau.

Need to have a non muddy drop off site. Hopefully won’t get docked for any mud on the floor since we had to get back in to take the required pictures of the fuel and odometer.

A dent in a front corner of the trailer was not documented as previously damaged, so I asked the check out person to take a picture for verification.

Trucks are parked in back in a partial unpaved or gravel area had to walk through mud to get to truck.

The drop-off area was in mud. My car nearly became stuck, and I had mud up to my ankles while disconnecting the trailer.

The only issue I had was the inside of the trailer was pretty dirty when I first got it. Just took a couple minutes to sweep out so not a huge deal.

When booking the uhaul agent that got the ticket (not where i rented from another person that took the reservation from them) was VERY rude and disrespectful...saving grace was the person i talked to the day before the pickup who was very helpful and moved a vehicle to our requested location, like the first lady could have
