Drop off location was not the one I originally selected. Location was hard to locate, location was actually an ABC store), no key drop box (had to leave key with employee, and no secured location to leave truck. I told the guy the dolly was in the rear of truck with no lock but, he just said, I just work here and take the key. I didn’t feel good about this location at all but, this is the drop off U-Haul choose

Signage wasn’t clear to where to return vehicle. The person in the liquor store took my uhaul key but didn’t give me any confirmation that it was returned nor did he check the vehicle to verify it was in good condition with gas tank full. Wouldn’t return to this location again.

Robert BThe personnel inside the dark and dingy liquor store were sketchy. All data input and processing were conducted on a cell phone and the dude didn't know how to use the system. He photographed my driver license about seven times. "I found your reservation, but I can't get the system to work". Duh. Truck was clean and drove fine.

Daniel KThere weren't clear instructions and when we went in to ask about the UHaul they just said, yep there is one there. No one told us how to get a key or anything. Also, we were supposed to pick up at the location on Two Notch road and they confirmed they had a truck for us. When we arrived they told us they didn't have a truck. Why did were they not on top of finding a new truck for us? We had to get in contact with Uhaul Corporate and tell them that we needed a new Uhaul! What kind of service is that? This put us two hours behind and nothing was truly done to compensate. Very disappointed.
