We had a reservation for 9 AM my husband went to pick up the trailer there was nobody there he waited till 945 still nobody had come other people arrived nobody was there we did the guarantee online pick up we need to have it at 9 AM to get started he did not receive the trailer until probably around 11 due to the fact that by the time he came home told me went back there was a line of people since nobody came on time turned around had to go back again so we were behind the ball by the time I got home to an a half hours I feel like when you do the $50 guaranteed in stock that it should be guaranteed to be there when you need it when you arrive when it says they open at nine.

Well the truck I secured for a reservation was not available when I went to pick it up. Instead I had to go with a truck that was HALF the size. Very frustrating. While the employee was nice nothing was given to me in compensation for my troubles when I had to make many many more trips then if I would have had the truck I originally reserved. Also dropping the truck off after hours sucked. I didn't know I need all the pictures inside the truck until I already turned in the keys.

You might want to give a clearer message advising tgat the 2 forms of idea should be done in advance of pick up on days you are closed and it's done all virtual. Approval to get access to key was a nightmare. I couldn't get through to speak with anyone over the phone. I literally had to wait 1 hour and 20 mins for the approval process. Which dipped into my time. I ended up losing an hour and 40 mins for the approval to return process. Very slow and unfair to the costumer

The owner who helped me was incredibly friendly and helpful. The office was inviting, comfortable and clean. There was easy-to-use parking on site and the gate and facilities were all clean and functioning.

Check your trucks maintenance. The ac didn't work the passenger door kept popping open even when locked. The transmission kept slipping and every time the driver hit a rut or bump the lights would flash off.

Kim was amazing to work with and so polite. We returned the trailer before our required time but after they closed and the website was giving me issues and not letting me return the trailer. I called her first thing the next morning and she helped me fix everything ensuring that we were only charged for the one day. Would definitely come back based on the customer service alone!

Came to pick up and location was closed... and the truck we rented was unable to be accessed by the pool fleet. We ended up calling the 800 number and they helped us through obtaining the only vehicle available there. Quite frustrating

We only drove the truck 69 miles, put 16 gallons of gas into it, and then we were charged $55 because the tank wasn't at the 3/4 mark.I watched the gauge as we filled it and even went over the 3/4 mark. Clearly there is a leak in the gas tank.

I have been a customer for many years for U-Haul and was completely disgusted about the rental management for this property. I was advised to park the vehicle next to the “old” rental office where I picked up the vehicle. I was informed to NOT block any of the aisles or leave the vehicle “out to far”. I arrived 12 hours earlier to drop off the U-Haul and observed a small 4x6 utility trailer parked very close to where I was supposed to parked my 26” truck. I did not want to block the aisles as instructed and parked next to the 4 other u-haul trucks. There was not any marked signs that I need to park the UHaul truck in this location. After paying for two days of use I was charged a $75.00 plus tax cleaning fee. I called and spoke with the on-duty manager who explained that I blocked a customer from their storage business their unit and there was no parking signs. I questioned where I was to park and she said anywhere else or even in FRONT of the utility trailer or in front of the old rental office. I said well how was I to know no one was coming to rent the utility trailer ? And if I parked in front of the old rental office I would be in the aisle way. So I felt that this was very rude to charge a $75.00 cleaning fee and not to even call me to discuss the matter or get my reasoning behind it. I contacted the area SE manager to hopefully resolve this matter, if not I HIGHLY would not recommend this location for poor customer service. There are three to four other U-Haul rental locations in the area that I would suggest. The parking lot is not lit up enough to have any knowledge of where to park which I believe could be an improvement and clear posted signs to show where to park each vehicle, due to lack of parking spaces. I feel that the person who dropped off the utility trailer is equally at fault to block any other parking. Just very frustrated with this location and would not recommend to anyone.

The rental office is kind of hidden behind the storage buildings. I accidentally knocked on the door of someone's house - it looks just like part of the business, shares a driveway and everything!

She was very nice and personal. The only real issues I had was there was only a 15 foot uhaul available and not a 20 footer so It took me alot more time in loads but my fault for not calling in the reserve a truck earlier. Then one issue I had that slowed me down was I had to wrap some of my stuff before putting it in the front of the truck because it was leaking all over my stuff in the very front of the back of the truck. I had to take an hour out of my time to run to home depot to buy a big roll of plastic and I shouldn't have had too. I had a very positive experience with the storage rep however very helpful, she didn't mind that it took a little longer and didn't have a problem giving me the extra time. Thank you!

Quit changing the location of the rental! You moved me 6 miles farther away and the site I called for my truck had one in the morning and at night. They never moved all day.

Truck unlocked and furniture blankets were loose in the back. I don't believe it had been clean. The at scene rental process was okay but once done it took about 15 minutes to get the approval

Have more 5'x9' rt's closer to Lancaster Ohio or in Lancaster instead of having to go 2 cities over to get one

box van was very dirty, wet & dirty blankets thrown around in back, shed snakeskin in back. found 2water bottles in cab with urine or tobacco spit in them. windscreen dirty, steering wheel was greasy. feel that we should get @ least a $25 cleaning fee credited since that's what uhaul charges if we would have left it like we got it. on a positive note, michelle was very friendly, really liked her.

My jaw dropped when I was told that a truck that I had reserved was not available due to the negligence of the prior renter. Within ten minutes U-haul had found another truck close by and the day was saved. A generous credit was provided to make up for the inconvenience and the increased travel distance. I was very pleased with the service provided.

The person that assisted me was not friendly she ran my debit card to many times and caused me to have problems with payments I had scheduled to come out of my account and then noone was there to help us hook up the tow dolly and I had to Google the instructions because the instructions were not visible to read and she went on to help the next person and never came back out to inspect the uhaul and never said I had to return it by a certain time and then uhaul charges me another 50 bucks after I still had to wait days for my refund from the persons mistakes st omw of there other location I plan to use a different company for the future when I move I am very disappointed with hauls service and noone with the company seems to care

Could not get into the lock box to get the keys and your customer service could not help me. You need to just give the customer a code to get in. Had to wait 2 hours for them to open up to get the truck. Will not do this again

Michelle was wonderful to work with -- and such a great person. She was super helpful during a very stressful time for us as we were moving and had to get another truck on the fly. Michelle was also a great cheerleader for my wife who had to unexpectedly drive the 20' u-haul truck that we originally rented.

I would not recommend using any of your partner sites such as movinghelp.com. They never showed up, never gave me a refund, & both of your customer service lines are terrible! You should be ashamed to promote a site that doesn't provide recourse for customers. Shame on you!
