JOHN CI was suppose to pick up at location nearby but when we got there they didn’t have a truck & sent us about an hour away after dark in a very dark parking lot & made me pay for the extra miles. Then I had to return it to the same place & pay the extra miles again! Horrible experience!!!!

Edward TThe lady who was working at the desk to get everything set up and situated was great! She was super knowledgeable, kind and helpful! However, it being inside a car workshop was not ideal, there was literally someone walking around smoking, which was gross. Would be better if she was able to help customers OUTSIDE of the shop.

Art CYou failed to ask about the most important part. I had a tire on the trailer delaminate enroute. The initial call to the U-haul trouble line was horrible. Initially told there would be a 45 minute wait. I hung up and called back and was told it would be a 52 minute wait. This amount of delay when there is a real problem with the rental unit is unacceptable.

Vinnie WFolks were pleasant and efficient. Trailer was RTG, clean, and well maintained (good tires). I had already checked in online … I stopped, got contract, picked up trailer, and was on my in less than 20 minutes. Drop off was even easier. Hail State!
