vehicle was left with less fuel then the contract showed, about 1/3 less. Took over 2 hours to get truck from Location. U haul website was not working. Had to download application which was a night mate to use. Ill use budget transportation next time

When you rent a 26ft truck and tell someone you have a 20ft but can only come up with a 10ft and just dont give a shit then it is time for uhaul to reevaluate the way they do business. I got half my things moved and still have to go figure a way to move the rest now. I had issues with uhaul the last time I used it and would never recommend you over any absolutely any other service

Credit card fraud happened to me from this location. Please beware. I don't know if the guy taking a photo of both sides of my credit card and Arizona Licence, sold my information to someone or if his phone was hacked. All I know is that I had more than $5,000.00 charged to that credit card within a couple hours of the rental. I contacted the police and they have no clue what they are doing in the credit card fraud issue. You are on your own. You need to have some kind of security system to protect yourself. I had the last few weeks of my PayPal account and Amazon account being charged even after I was issued a new card. PayPal is not safe and Amazon Prime is not safe withe these criminals. Please beware!

Ordered moving pads missing on day of pickup (on Sunday via remote pickup when store was closed that day), but easily picked up the following day (when store was open). Luckily we had the extra day to wait for the pads. It would have me extremely inconvenient had we not had an extra day in our schedule.

Again, Kaila was the best at customer service, competence, care, knowledge, getting the car dolly properly hooked up. Not only that, she completely serviced our needs, while at the same time, handled other hook ups, incoming customers, and other customers dropping off other equipment. Yet with all that, she handled it all perfectly!

Kayla is very friendly, but wasn't helpful when I needed the wiring pigtail so the taillights would function. She stated they were all out of them. So, I had to go home and make one up and that took me two hours to do. I was very unhappy with U-haul at that point in time. Otherwise the trailer was clean.

The rollup door in the back had problems and had to be serviced by roadside which took over two hours while sitting in the truck running it at the U-Haul location (due to it being over 100 degrees at the time in Lake Havasu), waste of time, fuel, and Energy.

This location felt uniquely different from virtually every other U-Haul rental place I have ever been to, and certainly here in this town. It's a small locale that is very easy to get in and out of. It is staffed with a very nice, very friendly woman who even called me a couple hours after I had left because she had found a water bottle and she thought that I might have left it there by mistake. I was walked out to the truck, which had already been turned on and the A/C had already cooled the cab significantly. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

Yes, remove unsafe equipment from the possibility of being rented, make sure all of your associates have been properly trained and are conscientious enough to apply their training. Hire all the associates you can find who are as dedicated and conscientious as Kaley Feasel, at the Patriot Jet Ski, who as we said got down on .gravel and worked with all her strength to get our car off the dolly without damaging it

People were very helpful and friendly. Only issue was minor that was to get in their lot it was a bit difficult. Nothing much that they could do to correct it.

The experience is less to be desired. I ordered online and it stated $19.95 ended up paying $93 in person. Was shown to a sign that said if over 100 I get tossed to another pay bracket but if below 100miles I get $79 option...so it was not only confusing but misleading short of a bait and switch situation. Will not go there again. Otherwise, the staff there present were helpful to their best ability. The policy is not their responsibility but management. In all, post online what all the possible charges are in bold as no one has time nowadays to read all the fine print and catch 22's.

The trailer light umbilical cable was initially defective, so the lights didn't work. However, staffers were quick to remedy the problem. Both staffers with whom I had contact were friendly and accommodating, despite several appointment reschedules on my part. I would rate the service here as excellent, despite the bad cable.

Well, turned in my rental on Saturday, a whole day early, at 4 o'clock at the Jet ski rental place. They closed at 2 pm so no one was around to help with parking. It was quite confusing, no signage to help understand where to put a 26 foot truck with car carrier.
