Check headlights and tail lights and running lights before rental. My truck had some deficiencies.

Ruben QYour pricing policy STIKS! 1) I was charged for a FULL day's usage (actually a bit more than 24 hrs), but only had the AT for less than 6 hours; you folks should offer a 1/2 day rate; 2) I was NOT asked or advised of the two "tack-on" fees --- The $8.00 "safe tow" (whatever the hell that is...), and the $5 "safe trip" (again, whatever the hell that is...). As I was not even asked, or nor told about it, I did not have the opportunity to decline , nor do I even now know if I would have had that opportunity. The service by your personnel was excellent, but as I stated your pricing policy stinks!. As U-Haul is "the only game in town", sadly I don't have the opportunity to take my business elsewhere should the need arise. Respectfully, Thomas Armstrong Winnemucca, NV

Douglas BBeing the fact that Uhaul took it upon themselves to change the delivery address without telling us. My driver was unable to drop the truck afterhours via his phone. He had to wait until 8am to drop at another location to fill an Amazon drivers order. My driver had to drive to the original address only to find he couldn't turn it in there. He then had to drive nine miles back to the other location adding miles to his trip putting him 1 mile over his limit thus causing additional charges that they both took money from my driver and charged my card. All of this caused the driver to be late on delivering his next truck as he had to wait until 8am to turn it in.

David BI did drop off the truck with a mechanical issue. The bolt holding the exhaust pipe to the engines manifold had come loose causing a noisy exhaust leak. The person doing the check out made a note of it and thanked me for bring it to his attention. I apprecated his his reaction to being informed of an issue with vehicle. He was very friendly and open.

CHRISTINA BI was charged an extra day for returning the U-Haul late, I had turned it into the second U-Haul after I entered Winnemucca. By the time it was due. But apparently that was the wrong location. Not only did I get charged extra mileage but also an extra day. I had to pick it up and take it to the correct location and was building extra day

Billy CYour location was ok . The customer service from uHaul is horrible and have never in my 51 years been so disappointed in a company and its affiliates! To be confirmed for a vehicle and no one to be there after travelling over 100 miles with a person that picked us up on the highway to not have some one at the office is disgusting. I have been transferred to 3 customer service clients and still no resolution even after we had requested something that was reasonable !! What is that you ask ? Or I doubt you even care ! But to pay the amount I was first quoted before we had to travel 300 miles ! Honestly I do not believe I will even be contacted back but I do feel you owe me an apology at the least. From a unsatisfied client we wish you look at your policies, procedures and your associates. Again doubt any one cares about this survey.

Ed S | Overall ExperienceOur only concern is that if my system needed to be reset to move the trailer, I would not have been able to do so because there was only 2 feet between my trailer and the next one. That trailer was parked there after mine was. My stairs require 4 feet to open so I can access the inside of my trailer. Most of these new trailers , including the one that blocked my door have built in steps, that come from the inside of the trailer. Other than that everything was great.

The security is great, with an onsite live in manager, fully fenced, and locked. The staff, especially John, couldn't be nicer. I had zero problems and would use it again if needed.

Patrick FMy original guaranteed pickup was for 9am at another location. I got there and they are posted as closed until 10a. I called U-haul and was set up with the next nearest dealer. Fortunately in this case it was only a few miles away. Unfortunately the time delay caused me to miss a connection, which caused a great deal of stress and additional expense for the other member of our party. Not happy with the overall experience but there are no competitors to go to. Service at the second site listed here was okay.

But uhual corporate assistants is completely useless and don't know what they are doing. I'll never deal with any one from uhaul other then the guys at patriot storage again. I've had nothing but problems with every other uhaul
