Location was aware of a broken light prior to rental. Did nothing. Rented the trailer and told us to call roadside. Unacceptable.

I called told one price I paid it
Went to pick up place where I went said no payment showed up Said had pay cash then price was double
Then went to return trailer
Said had for2 days
Wanted me pay more
Place Paxton hardware stood up for me
Said was only for one day
Plus it was back 2 hours before it was due
I will never use uhaul agaign

This location was fine. My only complaint is I rented it over a week ago from another location and you wait until the day before I need it to tell me You don’t have the vehicle. My move was the next day. I’m the only driver in my house. And I was at work, and had to figure it out. Because of this I will never rent from you again. I was pissed and called customer service and got no help.

I was able to drop off my trailer after hours and found the drop off pocedure amazing. Parked trailer, went through easy to follow instructions online, took pictures and done. Mind blown! No need to return trailer to Champaign. No need to jump out of bed early to return trailer. Amazing!!! Thank You!
