Jose PCustomer service wouldn’t be the word I would use for this location. I’m moving, one of the biggest stresses a person experiences and when I failed to call the location to inform them I would be late to return the car, I received a reprimanding phone call. I take full accountability for not informing them that I would be late but to be spoken to so rudely and then told I needed to bring them their truck NOW and that they would not extend the time and then to be charged for an entire day without use of the truck due to them having none at their location is unacceptable. I would pay for the 2 hrs I was late, but an entire day and then denied a truck to utilize for what I paid for is an outrage. I will NEVER recommend or use this location again.

Clint PWhen I arrived to checkout, the employee did not check the U-Haul. He stated he would check it “later” and email me the receipt. Most U-Haul locations immediately check in the rental and send me the receipt before I leave.
Jessica BThe staff at this location is amazing. We had gone in there for supples, boxes, tape, etc. At our first visit, we were impressed with their recommendations re supplies needed for a packing. At that visit the gentleman was so helpful, patio and both him and the young lady were very professional. We ended up needed a Uhaul truck so we returned to this location. Again we encountered the same young lady and gentleman, they were as helpful and accommodating as the first visit. Great team, excellent customer service and well running truck. Thank you for making our packing and moving experience positive.

Fred THave employees who aren't incompetent. Spoke with an employee the 4th of Sep about our scheduled drop off for Sep 5th. Was assured we WOULD NOT be charged for the 6th because of the holiday and business being closed. We could not check out online, or with a uhaul rep on the 5th due to some technical issues with the website not finding our reservation. The morning of the 6th, we get the receipt of then charging us the extra day. Called location and was told that they have a lack of communication and didn't know that we dropped it off on the 5th. Was on hold with to speak with uhaul for an hour, and then when i finally get a person the representative either hung up or lost signal. NEVER USING UHAUL AGAIN.

Christy MMy actual mileage was a 1.1 miles over what the paperwork actually stated. It was not a big deal, that is why I did not notify the clerk. Other than that, help was quick and great. Only reason I did not provide a perfect 5 was due to the inconsistent of mileage issue.
Gerald GI locked my keys in the truck after loading it up . I was still on site and never left . I asked management At the Peabody storage facility if they could help . They immediately got on the phone . Long story short . Less then 30 minutes problem was Solved !! Had keys in my hand I highly recommend peabody Storage

DEVIN SMy ex-wife picked it up I have no idea. I got the pleasure of paying and dealing with the bull shit that comes with returning the truck. It is great on the front end but is sucks on the back side. So not happy, because no one will call.

Casey AWas charged for both a utility dolly and appliance dolly, but only received the appliance dolly. Requested that the utility dolly be removed from my bill, but never got a response.
James GThe process to return the vehicle after hours is a bit confusing. The link would not open for me. I was able to fulfill the process, but it was very cumbersome, especially asking for photos of the dash and inside the cabin to be uploaded. Otherwise, everything was fine.
