No dolly. This location had no supplies related to U-Haul. Definitely should have extra dollys.

I received multiple messages and calls and emails up to ten days after my rental stating that I had not returned the vehicle when I had returned it the same day I picked it up. I spoke to three different customer service reps who all promised they would call this location and find out what happened. No one ever returned my call. This location was so careless with my return even though I could have been charged hundreds of dollars in late fees.

Location cashier said that they were in the process of starting to offer uhaul and had not been trained yet so he wasn't much help and there was no dedicated area to park the truck

How about not sending a location to me that says to drop off and when I go drop off the lady had the nerve to smile and lie to my face saying they don't do uhuals anymore and told me to call the uhual so I called the number from the email I got from uhual and guess who's phone ringged while I was in the gas station in Dalton ga. Her phone was ringing and I looked at her and asked her to stop her shit. And she smile and was nervous trying to come up with excuses to get me to drop of at a different location. I took all pictures and videos and recorded her talking to me and on the phone with someone who works with her. And I recorded her taking the key. I'd like to contact the supervisor of uhual or someone that's above this lady so I can make a report against her and will be sending my proof

I believe I was billed a double rate for the rental. I have reached out to customer service and have so far not received a response to my concern. I will it be using U-Haul for my rental needs in the future.

I was informed that I was going to be charged an extra $199.00. When I told her to wait until I called uhaul she went ahead and charged me. Then I left my car keys at the counter. When I called she informed me that the keys where thrown away. So not only did I have to get maintenance to let me in my house I had to pay another $200 to get in. Worst experience of my life and I will never use Uhaul again.

Rep refused to help. Ended almost wrecking the trailer. Finally got it un latched myself. Wouldn't go to that store at all.

I have beeb a uhaul customer for many years. I have spent a lot of money with your company. I am having the worse experience ever with your customer service. I need a call from a customer service supervisor.

I rented a 26’ truck for 24 hrs. I picked it up last night . I notice the AC was not working this morning . When i was on the way to Atlanta . The truck shaked so bad , i could not go past 60 on the interstate. I informed the lady when I returned the truck. This truck is not safe to be driven and definitely needs to have working AC . The heat was miserable today in GA temp over 91F .

I was rented a truck that was almost empty of fuel. The truck I was rented was not the truck that was pictured on Uhaul email that was sent to me. Pictures were of Ford and I was rented a GMC! I was charged 107.00 for a 69.00 a day rental and the lady said it was because of all the miles….7 miles is what I put on truck. The lady did not understand nor did she know anything about renting for UHaul.

The Peach Pit staff was amazing, although prior to our rental, a lady from customer service called to say that my original location Janeens She Shed, wouldn’t have the size truck I needed and moved my reservation to the Peach Pit. When I picked up the truck Saturday The Peach pit had none of the furniture pads, nor the refrigerator dolly we reserved. We had to move two large side by side refrigerators with one of us having a bad back and another a bad ACL without the proper equipment. The staff at Peach Pit also said the truck was double booked and had to call her boss to see if I could take the truck she had onsite that was for someone else. We were lucky we got there first otherwise we wouldn’t have been able to move.

The truck had leaves and pine straw inside. The back was dirty and not been sweep. No one walked to the truck on check out or check in. I saw the attendant take a picture from the front door of the store 100 yards away. Supply and demand. I get it. I am renting again on Thursday from another location and we will see how it goes I believe I was also overcharged. I need tine to reconcile.

I recommend all customers to go to Peach Shop Cleveland Hwy Dalton GA and see Tasha. It is actually located in Varnell, GA. She is very helpful, and very knowledgeable in her job. Highly recommend Tasha and her knowledge. Very sweet girl!!!!

Excellent customer service but she was also running the store and those customers came first. She handled it well. When we called I was told I could take truck in at 5 and still get $60 back from deposit of course it was 6 and only got $14 back.

I was double charged and have not gotten my money back. The girl was new and didnt know what she was doing. I traveled less than 12 miles and it has 26 listed on the receipt. I am very displeased and have not been able to speak with anyone from uhaul about this issue.

It was at a gas station and the cashier only had a cell phone to help me with and was preoccupied selling food took me an hour to get a covered trailer

#28773019 we were told 39.95 14.00 ins 7.00 dolly we never got and we had 62 miles on the truck and what we signed to hold on the card was not including the 79.90 we got additionally charged that was wrong and I have sent Uhaul emails and no response at all We need that money we are on hard times and that was wrong

The u haul was nasty inside, dented on outside when we got it. No one did a walk thru or anything, I should of taken pics but I was on a time frame moving. When we returned they tried to blame us for the way we received it and charged me an extra 25 for not cleaning. This is crazy, and unexceptable. I am going by my U Haul place where I live to discuss on Monday.

This place was amazing. The truck could have been cleaner but this was the 3rd location I was sent to after a 4 hours delay because none of the business are on the same page about scheduling. This was a complete disaster. THIS SPECIFIC FACILITY WAS NOT !!! If I were going to recommend a place to someone it would be this one but after today I dont recommend Uhaul as a company period

I've rated this drop off location as N/A due to dropping off my Uhaul after hours when they were closed. So I don't know if their clean or friendly. However, I wouldn't recommend to a friend due this location DOES NOT have a night drop box for the keys. A MAJOR INCONVENIENCE. So, I will have to drive back to this location from another town tomorrow when someone is there to drop off the keys. Very disappointed with this location. I have been renting from Uhaul for years and I have NEVER seen a location without a drop off box.

I was charged 168.00 when I picked up the truck. When I brought I back I was charged 115.00 my money should go back in my account the day I return the truck. I should not have to wait 3 to 10 business day. You didn’t have to wait to over charge me. Other than this all was good

I do not understand that why drop location is far than actually where I was in place it's only couple block distance from my new home but U Haul makes me drop this truck 15-20 mins distance. Pick location is wrong, drop location is wrong. It's really disappointed it.
