robert cIt was easy to rent the Day box truck it’s always available. It was a new truck, still had that new truck smell. 7600 miles. Rode great, good gas mileage, I put $20 in the tank, more than enough for the job.

Timothy BI reserved a 15 foot truck, but when I got there all they had was 10 footers. That turned out to be a major problem for me I had to load and unload several time to try and fit everything due to the fact I had to vacate storage facility which is 85 miles from my new home. While trying endlessly to fit everything I injured my back, and still couldn't fit all my belongings. Now I have to pay another month cause I couldn't get everything out of storage facility. And also have to rent another truck at a later date to finish what should have been completed today. This experience has been nothing short of a nightmare for me, the cost of moving has doubled thanks to Uhaul screwing up my reservation. Gas tolls and another month storage not to mention truck rental. I am not in a position to throw away money, I have a single family income and this has hurt me financially. I would appreciate it if Uhaul could remedy my situation. Kind regards Michael pote.
Michael PIt was a good experience but I did everything I was supposed to do to not get an additional charge; yet I was charged almost $20 more dollars the next day and I cannot figure out why! Not happy about that. And let me tell you all the pics I had to take in the dark, they should have paid ME for doing their job.

THOMAS DThis guy could care less. Second time he hasn't helped us connect the trailer. This time he didn't bother to check us back in and I was charged for the full amount (3 days) even though we ended up returning the same day. I had to call the 1800 number.

John BOrdered an open trailer online. Pick up was a bit further then our normal pick up because it said they had the open trailer we needed to move our items. When arrived there was no open trailer only one small enclosed one. Reallt was wast of money because everything we moved in it we could have just used our vehicle and now will still need to rent an open one to move the items originally planned to move.
