The customer service is awful there. I ended up having to keep the trailer longer than expected and when I called to let them know all he said was okay I'll note to not have you pulled over for a stolen trailer. How me needing it longer implies that I'm a thief when you have my credit card on file. It was rude and unprofessional. I will do everything in my power to avoid this location and will steer any family or friends from it as well.LUCAS G.

After waiting 45 mins because my reservation that I did by calling in to the company , could not be processed. The truck smelled so strong of weed that after a 2 day drive the workers I hired to help me unload could smell it. All my shit smelled like weed. Also I was told pick up spot could not be guaranteed because of shortages but the truck would be...well I ended up NOT getting the truck size needed so I had to leave behind items I couldn't fit which is totally wrong. The company said they would compensate by giving extra miles which was complete shit because my destination did not change miles so giving me more was like a slap in the face.JULIE P.

Make sure the truck's check engine and tire lights are reset after a service. When I picked up the truck via mobile pickup after hours, the tire light was flashing and displaying the message "service tire monitor system." It turns out the tires were brand new, but I went through much more stress than necessary and wasted hours of sleep, loading and road time waiting for roadside assistance because someone neglected to reset the light and/or maintain the tire monitor system. Also, make it clear AHEAD of time that there will be additional documents or steps necessary for mobile pickup. I was only told to have a copy of my driver's license on hand, but when I tried to pick up the truck, it asked for either my passport, other documents, or two additional phone contacts, whom I had to notify at a moment's notice and disrupt their evenings with no warning. I am very pleased with renting with uhaul no hassle friendly and even recieved a discount. I wish all companies would treat thier customers with respect like uhaul treated me.
