I will go to no other location unless Brian is there. He went out of his way to assist me on a very stressful day. In fact I can honestly say he made my moving experience the best. He confirmed reservation, check-out was a breeze, I needed truck for another day, Brian made it happen. A huge shout out and thank you! People, dont waste your time elsewhere, go to Pecos/202 ask for Brian.

Covered parking availability is limited so there is a long wait list. I would recommend wider spaces between the campers. Our camper has the ladder type of steps that swing down after you open the door. Space between parking slots is limited so we couldn’t get in or out of the camper without moving it out of the space. We were satisfied with the storage facility for 12 years but we wanted a covered space for a new camper and had to move on. I would recommend this storage facility for the security.

Not to mention he is also a coward. Normally I would be honored to tell him to his face, but we won't even grace myself, a faithful paying customer of 7 years, with even a phone call for why he demanded our removal of my 5 vehicles and 4 spaces. One would say to themselves that I must have done something wrong...But nope, it's just Rande wants you out. Let it be known that if you follow the rules, maintain your vehicles and pay on time every time that it still isn't enough to utilize his facility for storage. Edwin and Brian are ok but even they can't overcome a disgraceful leader. I would understand a toxic leader when I see it because I am also a veteran.

Brian F | Overall Experience- Absolutely no reservations in using this storage facility again! Our expectations were surpassed on all counts! We chose this location because of workable access to the airport, and an affordable rate structure. We parked our RV for few months while traveling back to Alaska to care for our home there. We were kept informed of all news, Pecos Storage, Invoicing, billing, and account security changes, and lastly additional improvements to the facility itself. - Upon check in we found all staff to be very knowledgeable with ready and exacting info on space availability, security, facility services, and hours of service. Employees Edwin, and Brian were both very polite, and helpful and personal with all our needs. Working with these two individuals was a pleasure beyond any other at all others during my lifetime 70 years. Very laid back an friendly! - My check-in was quick and painless, very easy terms and straight up deal!… with no hidden terms, agenda, or hidden costs! Very pleasant from the first meeting to the last! - Previously mentioned has been exceptional service as was advertised. What was not mentioned and was given with friendly matter-of-fact attention ,on at least three occasions, was fulfillment of personal requests. I’ll spare the details so as not to take advantage, but the kindness shown ,cannot, go without mention. I will go out of my way to have this experience again, and expect that we will with our future storage needs in the Phoenix area! Many thanks to Pecos staff!
