I got charged fuel and cleaning when the app reloaded on the screen for confirmation of truck. It is a scam and now “if you get a dirty truck you get a credit” this is bs and i will be going over the area managers head. I use this company way too much to be scammed out $80 for a cleaning fee. Telling me it needs to be mopped out.

Picking up the truck with the app was difficult. One customer service rep hung up on us. I do not like the process of getting the truck. It is VERY frustrating.

Shefije LikaWe received an 20” truck that was filled with ants, had a dead wasp in the passenger seat, and a roach came out of the back of the truck. My fiancé and I ended up having to go to Walgreens to buy Raid and bleach to disinfect the entire truck because scheduling was unable to find equipment nearby. There was candy wrappers in the truck as well, so overall cleanliness of trucks can improve.

clemenece divakoDid an after hours pickup and return, after finally getting the code to unlock the box where the key was, the lock was stuck and took forever to get it unstuck so I could get the key, and it was raining and where the box is located is right where the water was pooling so I had to stand in a puddle of water over my shoes, when I went to return the truck the app wouldn't let me , keept saying "time has expired"
William JonesEverything was fine with the location. However, U-Haul screwed us over by not having our equipment ready at the original location. We then had to have the truck an extra day due to the delay and were charged for 2 days even though we were told that we would only be charged for one day. We also got charged 2 days for a dolly we never received. This experience has been horrible and as someone who use to run U-Haul store I am very disappointed in the quality of service I received.

Ashley WilliamsThe Location 1160 Athens Highway was not The Original Location I Reserved The Truck From. This Is the Location I was Sent To To pick up a Smaller Truck Than What I Had Reserved. So I Give Them A Great Review. My Problem is with the Location on Scenic Highway in Snellville. I Reserved A Truck 2 Weeks Before I Needed it, just To Get To The Location For Them To Tell Me They Didn't have The Truck I Reserved, because it Didn't Come In on Friday @ 5p.m. The Day Before I was Supposed To Pick It Up. They could've Gave me a Call, and we Could've Found a Bigger Truck, that way I Would Only have to make 1 Trip in Moving, Instead we Had To drive out of our Way To Get A Smaller Truck. Which meant we had to make more trips, causing us to put more MILES On The Smaller Truck. We were Given Gift Cards To Cover Some of the MILEAGE, But We Still Had To Come out The Pocket To Cover A Great Deal Of The MILEAGE. We Were Going To Use U-Haul Storage, For Some Of Our Things, but we Will NEVER Use U-Haul Services Again!!!

I ended up having to move my things out of storage without the furniture dolly, then go to a different location other than where I picked up the truck to get the dolly in order to move my things into my house. Mark PrestonI called the Night before our pick up date to confirm my truck would be ready, and as has been our experience literally 100% of the times we have rented from Uhaul, we were told they did not have a truck at that location. I called the main customer service number and was told there were no trucks in my area available! They were able to upgrade us to a bigger truck for the same price as the original reservation. The Uhaul truck we were given was not clean and the air conditioner did not work! The location where we picked up our truck was not a “Uhaul” store but rather a shop that I guess has a contract with Uhaul to be a pick up and drop off location. The employees were not wearing face coverings of any kind or practicing social distancing. This was not the location I had originally placed my pick up order with. No email or phone call about the pick up location was sent. I will be doing research to find another company to rent from in the future! I was given no communication from Uhaul that there would not be a truck available eventhough I was able to reserve one a week prior to my pick up date!

Either way the place I picked the truck up from was scattered and no direction. Truck was dirty in the back as well. Also I was over charged for fees I have no clue are for!!!! Returning the truck sucked because again there was no clear directions!!!! Horrible experience

The drop off process was very frustrating before drop off, because it was originally assigned to Champion Storage, but when we arrived, they stated they were not taking any additional equipment. The storage unit was in that facility which is the reason why we wanted to drop off the equipment.

DAVID BEESLEYWhen I rented a U-Haul for 8:00 AM, it was in a different location than i was told, the lady told me in fine print it has the store you preferred, but it was not there. She tracked it for me, and it was about 4 miles up the road, not a big deal, BUT the place was not going to open until 11:00 AM! Which put me behind schedule in moving. I was reimbursed $50 for my troubles, but better communication would be better.

Then our 15foot truck was not there as promised they were calling around looking for other locations with the equipment available after I called to confirm the day before. They did substitute it with a 20foot truck they had there for the same price but that was after much back and forth and anxiety since I has already arranged the date and time with the people who were supposed to help me move. Was not happy or pleased. Will not use this location again
