Truck was not clean. We're in a pandemic and I was very nervous. The truck had coffee spilled all over the seat and console from the previous renter. The location did not offer to rectify or make different accommodations. I was in a bind and really needed the truck so I took it as is. Cleaned it as much as I could when I arrived to my loading location about 20 miles away. This was unacceptable! Please express the importance of cleaning their trucks between renters. This is why Covid-19 is spreading like a wildfire.Martina W.

We weren't given much time to check the truck cab for all of our items before the younger customer service rep got in the truck and started checking it in. A few things got left behind and we were only called about one of them. My son had to drive back up there to pick up the item however I am still missing a couple of things since I did not have the opportunity to check through the cab myself. The older gentleman was helpful.Emily D.

The way I was treated was horrible at the Pearl Mississippi location. Made my reservation 2 weeks prior to pick up. They had no truck for me. I never received a call or anything. Had to go way out of my way to another location to secure a truck. I will never do business with Uhaul again. It was totally unprofessional!!!Steven S.

The office manager was very rude to me. He threw my credit card and driver license at me onto the desk. He greeted me by asking if I was old enough to rent the truck before I even sat down. I'm 40 by the way... He never said you're welcome to my thank you's. And asked if I had enough money on my card to pay for the truck. I did not let him get to me and was nice and polite the entire time. I've never been treated so rudely in my life. Maybe he didn't want to touch my hand because I'm black but he could've slid them across the desk instead of throwing them to me as if I were some animal.Joinisha W.

The truck didn't shift well and the ac vent was broken, so it wouldn't stay open. I was reminded to fill the truck up with gas, unlike a day or two before when I rented a truck from another UHaul. All in all, this experience was much better than the one at the Pearl, MS location.Jan T.

Pick up was quick and the drop off procedures were easy and straightforward.MARCUS G.
We rented a uhaul for 2 days. The truck storage area smelled like spoiled milk. It made all our clothes and furniture smell like it. We returned the uhaul the next day due to not being usable. I now have to clean everything that was used in the truck. The staff we rented the truck from was very nice and said the last person that used the truck also complained about the horrific smell in it. This truck should be placed out of service until it is scrubbed down. I would also like a refund as this wasted my time and money.
