The door was very hard to open. I have rented from uhaul in October 2021 from another location and checking out and in of the equipment was very time consuming with this last rental. Not a pleasant experience.Robert H.

Have reserved equipment available where and when requested. This is two times in six months that U-Haul has failed to meet expected reservations. Both times required major changes to planned moves. I am not happy customer and will caution anyone planning to rent to brware.James V.
The workers were nice and friendly, but the truck had broken glass in the floor board on the passenger side. The company that fixed the broken window from the previous uhaul renter should have cleaned the truck. It is dangerous to leave broken glass when renting a uhaul truck. Also, we had to travel 40 miles one way to pick up the truck when I rented it for 1 mile from my house. Someone from uhaul should have drove the truck to the location that I rented it from. Instead, I had to spend more money in gas for my vehicle and the uhaul to travel to another town to pick up the uhaul. When we picked up the uhaul it was extremely dirty in the back. Someone was hauling dirt and didn't clean the truck when they returned it. We went out of our way to blow out and sweep the truck when we received it and before dropping it off. This experience was not good because we wasted more time, gas, and mileage and it was a huge inconvenience for us. We were not compensated at all for the gas or the time that was wasted traveling to go pick up the truck.Andrew W.

The clerk was by herself, running the quick stop and the UHaul at the same time. Very distracting for the clerk, but I was able to get the trailer picked up. As an aside, the original scheduled pickup was at Farmer's Playground in Elk City, OK. No one was there. After waiting an hour for someone to show up, I called customer service to attempt to pick up a trailer at another location, which resulted in the pick up at Foss, OK. We did receive the $50 refund for the pick up guarantee. Very poor service from the Elk City location. They never even returned my repeated phone calls and voice mail messages, wondering why no one was at the store when their hours were clearly posted to be open.Dennis H.

The young man working, Calob, was phenomenal. The service station doubled as a Uhaul rental place and he had a counter to run and he helped us unload the car off the trailer and unhook the trailer. He did this with exceptional professionalism and friendliness. He truly went above and beyond to help us. After 20 hours of driving, his positive attitude and helpfulness was a very welcome respite!
