Ethan SDon't use this location It is a auto shop run by an older man and his daughter. When I got there no one was in the office. The lady was out in the field taking inventory and the man was ???? I had to ask the lady to please come check the truck that the gas was correct, the mileage was ok and that the back of the truck was clean. Next time I will request a Regular UHaul center

TERRI WI had to transact my business via cell phone with someone who stated they had to pull over from interstate in order to take down my information. It made me uneasy providing credit card information to this individual. I rented from uhaul many times before. This experience was quite different and the location was unusual. The experience was weird. I had no written contract with signature. No explanation regarding the truck's usage. And the drop off location in North Carolina asked for a copy of a signed contract.
Vera Wi was sent to is location cause mobile hwy location sent me there because the reservation i made at mobile hwy location didnt have any 26"uhaul in as they promised me.I was told to call manager monday morning to ask bout the uhaul $50 gauranttee the manager said since they found me a 26" at another location they didnt owe me anything.However it was a big inconveience for me it threw me way off schedule moving since i had to wait until they found me a truck so disappointed in uhaul.
DENISE BPeoples Auto Repair had no internet at the time of my pick up. Thus, I had no paperwork regarding the condition of the truck. Unable to see my contact unless accessed on my Iphone. Thus I did not know the mileage I was allowed, no documentation of the mileage I received the truck at, not to mention the truck was received with a quarter tank of gas, and this location was ten miles away from my moving location.
