I used the truck for 3 hrs and only 7.5 miles, a 15 foot truck not other equipment and I was charged $74. Started out as $29. I believe I was overcharged. The truck was not set up in the system for reservation at time of pickup had to call customer service

Pick up time was 9am but the people weren't there to allow me to pick up on time. Then when I returned I was sent back and forth between neighboring stores before finding the right person to allow me to check out.

The online pick-up took way too long to get your van/truck - I spent half an hour just trying to get my rental which took half an hour off the time I was paying for it/needed it.

We were first told a vehicle was available. The vehicle was in poor conditions as far as cleaninessential and order. It smelled of animals and unrine. The owner was inform of theres conditions verbally and he then inspected the vehicle himself. He tried using air freshER to help with oder but was unsuccessful. Of course they were the only ones with an available vehicle and my situition was an emergency. I took the van home and tried washing and hosing the inside of van with cloxox myself not much much of a help. The tires were very muddy. There was also a small dent on the back passenger that I reported before pulling off the property.

The Perry's location was great, however it was the third location that I visited to secure a truck from my original reservation. I was also told that the alternate location would honor my original rental terms, which they did not. Very poor experience, I incurred additional costs and used several hours to resolve.

The truck had a hard time shifting out of 3rd gear and I had to wait an hour past my appointment to get my furniture blankets other than that the gentleman that helped me was fantastic and was a pleasure to do business with.

The person at the counter was rude. He did not assist me with the issue I had regarding a discount. He did not show me where the truck was located - he just gave me the keys and handed me forms and sent me out to inspect the vehicle - he tried to get me to sign documents before the vehicle inspection. Worst experience EVER!!!!

WeI had a wonderful UHaul experience up until it was time to return. I'm sure it was in the paperwork, but I think it should have been verbally relayed that more charges would incur if the truck was returned to another location. Because it was dropped off 20 minutes away we ended up having to pay $180.00 MORE. That is an absolutely ridiculous charge that UHaul is subjecting it's customers to. The entire reason we had to rent a uhaul in the first place was because my husband was rebuilding the motor in his work truck - not only putting him out of work (no income) and incurring additional expenses but now we are out another $180 right before the holidays. Thank You, UHaul. We will never be renting from you again.

They were very slow and couldn't get the reservation going. It took way to long to get the truck and I had it already reserved. I will look for another company next time.

The agent didn't even do a safety check of the trailer. It was parked on top of another trailer and I had to drag the trailer by the chains only to pull it off the other one. The light cable was too short and could not be used. The agent was too busy taking care of gas and convenience store shoppers to care about the rental unit A phone call was made to the area manager
