John KI called with about 2 hours of my rental left, spoke with Vinny and asked him if I would be able to either keep my rental later or return it the next day. He said he would extend it up to "24" and "not to worry about it. I returned it at 7:30pm that same night and was charged for another full day. Which is fine but a heads up would've been lovely.

francisco dThe rental experience overall was great. The vehicle was in great shape and the service from this was easy and professional. However, I am not happy that once the truck was returned and I paid U-Haul for the tolls I incurred, I received new notices and was CHARGED A SECOND TIME for the tolls - Even though I copied and sent the receipt when prompted, my credit card was automatically charged a second time. As the attendant warned me this may happen, I followed his instructions to avoid this situation and still I was charged twice. Due to this experience, I will not use U-Haul again and will seek out other rental companies for my needs.

Angelo SI was somewhat confused about the rental fees. It was not explained to me from the beginning all the charges and fees that would be included in the rental. It went from $29.95 to $70.62, $40.00 in charges and fees I thought it was too much. For a two minute drive to pick up one piece of furniture that was outside and brought to my house.
