my only comment is every time I go to this location the car is said to have 1/2 a tank of gas and the gas is just below a 1/2 a tank. I take a picture show it to the tech they say they will change it but dont. small but something to note.Lynda S.

Fix your reservation system! This was the third place I went to get a truck. The first and the one for which I had a reservation had not had a truck since the middle of the week. The second, the truck was supposed to be picked up the next day and the operator of the facility was leaving at noon and it was already late morning. The third was pure luck as there was a last minute cancellation. The operators at the second and third locations were kind and helpful. The first didn't seem to care. The next day I drove by a Personal Mimi Storage on Michigan and there were three trucks there with "rent next" signs in the windshield. Indicating they had been there for awhile. These trucks are located less than two miles from the location the reservation was made. Why was I sent on a two hour expedition when these trucks were right there?BRUCE M.

PLEASE PLEASE do not rent this vehicule to someone else before you change the wiper blades .They are FALLING APART.. It rained after I grab the truck and was UNSAFE.I could not see the road clearly,I was completely disappointed .That's why I only used for 21 miles.. Worst experience ever.MOHAMED C.

To be honest the location was great very friendly and helpful. The truck needs work. The windshield wipers are so old the the rubber was fraying and flapping which was pretty bad since I had to drive in the rain. Better maintenance is needed.James C.

The agent was rude, not carrying about covid 19 by wearing his mask and even though the office was open until 4pm and I returned the truck at 1130am before my 1pm drop off time the truck got checked in around 3pm and I was still charged an after hour service fee...worst experience ever and I used to rent these trucks when I work with Champion self storage in Kissimmee Florida before it became a Cubesmart. I was told truck was new; it wasn't. In fact the truck was so old, it almost didn't make it to Atlanta from Kissimmee. It had no power when gas pedal was pushed to go up a hill and it made a lot of noise as it was driven. It slowed down as if it was shutting off on I75. The truck was also very low on moter oil and I refused to use my money for that. I really had an awful experience with this truck as fear of it breaking down gripped me the entire 9 hours in took me to go from Kissimmee to Atlanta.Rose T.

La Ãºnica queja es que hicieron unos cobros por unos conceptos que no entiendo y pedÃ explicaciÃ³n y tampoco me la dieron. Aparte que puse mÃ¡s gasolina de que tenÃa el camiÃ³n al momento de recibirlo y eso no lo reconocen. Pero si le falta gasolina, allÃ si te quieren hacer cobros abusivos por lo que le falta de gasolina al momento de recibir el camiÃ³n. Osea, todo los beneficios son para la empresa.
