I was charged when I made the reservation , at the pick up this guy also charged me $50 dollars more , I received 1/4 of gas , the receipt showed 1/2 of gas . I let him know about it but he didn’t pay attention , any way , when I dropped off to avoid being charged a fee I have to give it with 1/2 of gas . This is the most expensive rental I ever made .

Lisa RPaid for a appliance dolly and didn't receive, didn't receive a fuel credit for returning it more then I got the truck. Door was ocked on trying to pick up the truck and had to wait more then 20 minutes outside in 97 degrees weather I won't use there services or rent from this location ever again. The person was a smart ass and had attitude.

Shareen BI had a dispute with the operator of this site. It was partially my fault because i did not pay much attention to the contract at the time so while the contract said i got the vehicle with 3/4 full tank, the fact is that i got the vehicle with the needle closer to half tank. However, to his credit, he took care of it. I believe you should move away from that standardized contract which have fixed gas tank gauges as it can be a source of discord.

Miguel CNot this location but other location did not have my rental that I had a reservation for and sent me 7 miles away. Not cool. This place was super friendly and super helpful. I would rent from them again. The uhaul I drove might need to be retired. Sounds awful. Drives awful and I just did not feel safe in it.
NICOLINA FBad check in. Gas gauge mismarked on check in and the old lady who checked me in refused to do a walk around and gague check before i left. She needs to get another job. I was charged for gas that that i put back in the van because she mismarked the contract. Bad experience with this location! And i am a long term u haul customer and never had a problem before.

Colton B- Unit cabin was dirty. - No Covid measurements applied. - The door of the driver was leaking water to the driver during the rain. - Store where the truck was rented had a chip option in the front line of the parking lot but, no similar units for that price was available so I have to pay a higher price because of that.
GABRIEL AI signed up for the remote rental, but The truck was locked behind the gate when I came to pick up. I was not able to find a gate code. I arrived at 8:00, the website said the location would be open but the sign in the door said 9am, so I ended up waiting a long time. No reps were available on the uhaul 800#, so I hung up after 10 min. Fortunately the on-site manager noticed me and opens the gate a little while later. It was quite frustrating and delayed our start, for something that should be relatively easy to address (provide gate code for early reservations, or correct the website with correct hours, or properly set up the mornings rentals, etc.). The truck was fine, though lots of sand in the footwell and running on fumes when I picked it up.

CYNTHIA BUpon my arrival to the location there was no one in the office. The guy that was supposed to be working that day did a no call no show so I was late getting my rental due to that problem. Also when I returned the truck the guy that was behind the desk didn't go out to check the equipment to check to if gas had been put back in the truck or to tell me how much mileage that was done on my route so I have no way of knowing whether I am owed back money for that day. It was a complete disaster! Will I go to this location again, never if I can help it.
