Tess HPick better private U-Haul equipment suppliers. I was scheduled with a mini storage company which was 5 minutes away. At the last minute I was switched to an another mini storage place 30 minutes away because the original establishment decided their folks would not be coming to work. This despite going to that original place the day before my rental to verify the trailer was there. This was unacceptable.

Joey RWe had to drive 15 miles to get to this location. We had a very hard time finding it because it is extremely hidden. It was about 8pm, it was very poorly lit, the space was very tight for backing in a truck and my daughter’s feet sank in 6” of grassy water because of the rain. It was a HORRIBLE situation.
Marnie BA friend of mine drove me to drop me off. He asked the attendant if he could use the restroom, and the attendant said, "I wouldn't if I was you." He said it in a very cold, impersonal, dismissive tone. It felt really weird.

Stuart SThis was around our 10th rental in the last 12 months and it was disgusting inside. It massively reeked of cigarettes, food in the floor and on seats, fast food bags under the seats, cup holders we're so gross we couldn't put water bottles in them, the cargo area was full of dirt and leaves. It was also completely empty of gas and we were on a time crunch. The front desk did give us $20 off.

Melissa ETrailer was "on its last leg." It was not swept out very well (glad I brought a broom), the trailer floor was bowed and looked as if it would fail, and the lighting system (brake lights, turn signals) periodically (often) failed during the trip. Glad it was daylight the three hour whole trip.

The issue I have is with U-Haul itself; which continues to inadequately serve its customers; failing to recognize its scheduling process (aka. traffic) and equipment sourcing is antiquated. Moderniize customer website and operations (scheduling) to better serve the paying public, or loose to future entities that do...

CAMERON BEarlier that same day I went to your location on Archer Road, on the South side of Gainesville. I entered the office without a mask. The young woman said, "you have to put on your mask." I didn't have one and told her so. She then screamed, get the F out of my office and your reservation is cancelled." We ended up having to drive to the far side of town to another location. I've never had a similar experience in my life. Unless there is absolutely no other option, I will never rent from Uhaul again. This girl is crazed. She reminded me of Antifa protesters, violent and evil. Well done Uhaul, hiring such a friggin monster.

ANSELMO DI went to pick up my truck personal mini storage. I ordered a 26ft truck they gave me a 20ft truck. They were unhelpful. They told me to drive the truck to a mini mart u-haul dealer just down the street from them at 4105 NW 13th St Gainesville. He told me to take it back to the first one, I said no. I want a 26ft that I ordered. The guy was very nice but the truck was so gross that the moving helpers were shocked. It was full of rodent poop, the ramp had rodent poop ground in to it. It stunk and had a nest under the ramp that all fell out in a huge pile when they opened the ramp. I had poop all on my furniture. I wish I could show the photos I took.
sharon fDon’t allow an online reservation for one location and then change the location on me the next day. I had to drive completely out of my way to get to this uhaul location and to drop it off. I ended up having to pay for more mileage than I would have if the location I was forced to go to wasn’t in the middle of nowhere.
