Fix the heat that builds in the truck while driving. Passenger foot well was so hot the floor melted plastic and when we stopped and used a digital gauge the rubber floor mat was over 150 degrees. If the drive was any longer the passenger would have passed out from heat. I actually ruined our day.Peter K.

At This location, My reservation wasn't changed last minute. This location was open early and it made my day on time. I returned my trailor and was not charged extra fees. I will only rent from this location here on. *please dont promise a trailor, if its not going to be available at any of your locations. I selected a 6x12 trailor at the Jack's rd location in Davenport FL with a weeks notice. A day b4 My reservation, it was changed to Kissimmee...I agreed and adjusted my schedule. I was told I can drop off after hours...I was still charged another rental date....uhaul promised a $50 guarantee, failed that promise. My rental was switched and I was charged an additional $46.00 Darrel and Sonja, at the Davenport Blvd location were professional and kind. I will only rent from them in person. Calling uhaul 800# takes 30 min or more. The app and uhaul.com are not guaranteed.Robert C.

The staff were rude. They made fun of me because I did not know where the buttons were on the truck. It was my first time renting. The woman on staff dismissed me. The worker there is very racist!! A white older guyI don't appreciate the way he treats Hispanics, telling me that I MUST return the trailer within 24 hours or not I will get charged $250 and with an a attitude. I know that he CANT charge me that amount even if I wanted to extend my rental. When a white person comes in he treats them friendly and with respect. I rented this trailer 3 times from this location and it's always the same attitude towards HISPANICS. Very unprofessional. YOU MUST REMOVE YOUR RENTALS FROM THIS LOCATION. Will not recommend.Louis L.

This is the most organized Uhaul location I've ever been to. This location had the BEST trucks AND optional equipment.Fred P.
It was a pleasure to have a Rep. that assist me at that location. He was very friendly and polite however my truck wasn't available and he provided me with the Van that honestly went through hell putting the bedroom set in it...it was horrible. Had to take out after having things in it and put inðŸ˜¤ðŸ˜¤ managed but in different ways. That's why I needed the truck so I could do everything quickly and with no problem. The gentleman at the location was very nice. Do need more people like him to work. I wasn't pleased with the Van at all. Sorry bad experienceDiana J.

The two workers (both men) were not wearing masks. They have a mask requirement for patrons though. When I asked about the hand truck being a little bit broken, the man helping me came within a foot of me without his mask. The other worker came in and out of the building a few times without putting a mask on. I cleaned the truck myself before getting in because I didn't trust their concern for safety during COVID.Alyssa B.

I rented for one day I was charge for two days. I only use it for 3 miles and was charged for 39.90 miles. I was told I could have it for eight hours after 24 hours and then when I got there and pick it up said that I'm only allowed to have it for six hours.Ronda B.

1) Poor information about rates (no savings) 2) The Lady in the front (Owner wife) not good for the job, careless, she care more in what she can get than how much she can help you to save. 3) The lady in the front â€œ no sympathy â€œ 4) Told me â€œ you can bring the vehicle the next day bud don't explain me that I'll be charge $19.99 more. Lost $ 20.00 dollars for be miss inform. I am applauded by the charges to my credit card when I specially commented that I wanted / needed a representative to contact me BEFORE MY CARD WAS CHARGED. No one reached out and my credit was charged WITHOUT MY CONCERNS BEING ADDRESSES. This is really bad business practices especially during this pandemic the country is experiencing. I was given a price of 79 per mile and was charged 99 i was also told the thattruck brought back was 1022 the next day and it wasnt i sent the return to your website which also wouldnt take my mileage i returned the truck the same day at 430 pmMike H.

The truck we got is super old very nasty dirty has not been dusted and dust flying everywhere. apso garbage and floor has allot of dirt. you cannot touch anything at all its filthy especially with COVID you would think they sanitize or at least clean it. i will not rent from there at all due to cleanliness. to pay that much money for 6 hours at least get something clean and safe.... its like going for dinner and getting a dirty plate to eat in!!!Mourad G.

The woman working was super nice and very helpful. I think this particular truck must've been recently rented, there was a dirty crumpled receipt in the cup holder and what looked like a used Juul pod or e-cigarette cartridge in the floor? Normally I don't complain or comment on minor details like this, but given the state of COVID-19, I was hoping someone's used vape would at least be cleaned out of the truck... it makes me concerned for the overall sanitation in general. Is Uhaul doing anything to better prevent the virus? Or are they just letting everyone share the same trucks without bothering to even sweep them, let alone wipe down or sanitize in between?NOAH K.
