Mary was very knowledgeable and explained everything I needed to know in great detail. She was accommodating to my needs, and so helpful to me in many ways with everything during my move. It would not have went as smooth as it did, had she not been there for me every step of the way. I will refer anyone I can to use Mary at personal mini storage for any of their moving needs.

Oliver KCharged twice for one dolly, didn’t open til 8am, even though we were supposed to pick up truck in Deltona not orange city. There was no instructions on how to get to the truck if no one was there, had to wait a hour to get the truck. Overall annoyed and wanted atleast half of what I was charged for.
Joshua RPricing keeps getting messed up, they are not timely nor did they do a walk around with me prior to renting. I had to call 3 times to get the price correct and am still not sure if it is correct.
