JOSEPH LI was really not happy with the pick up 24/7 truck. The procedure for the pick up after hours needs a lot of work. had to call twice to get it to work. It wasn't on my part it was on the website. Also the was less than a 1/4 of a tank of fuel so i had to get gas in the truck before i could even get to my home. I filled it up to over a 1/4 of a tank when i returned it. I also got charged for 2 extra miles but couldn't get any money back for the over fill of the gas. Doesn't seem FAIR.

Jose DI dropped off the truck when the location was closed. Parking was poor and someone left a truck with a trailer hooked to it right in front of the parking spots reserved for the vans and trucks so parking was difficult to do

MALCOLM BI tried to get in at 2:30 and the door was locked. Tried to call the number on the door and no one answered. We drove in the exit not know where to go. Drive around ending up at the entrance. Employee was sitting at the desk near the door I was trying to get into. It was confusing with bad signage and was open till 5:30. Why was door locked? No sign to indicate what to do.

Yuriy RSo, the truck and furniture pads were great, but the appliance dolly was something else, the wheels were bent inwards and did not allow the dolly to stand on it own, they did say that it would not, so I prepared for that, however; once the belt was around the item I was moving, when you turned the handle to lock into place it went past the stop and did not lock, I had to find something, a 2-inch board to place in between the handles to stop the tightening crank to stay in place. As we were using on the steps one of the belts that are on the roller to help with the steps broke, this than made me chip the tile that was on the step. Otherwise, all went well.

Jose VA woman came out & asked if we were returning equipment. We responded yes. She directed us where to park & said she’d be right back with us & never returned. We proceeded to do the self-return via the app…which took a long time to take pics & try to upload with not good service/wifi

David RMy experience at the Davenport UHaul dealer was great! Other dealers should be trained by these folks. Not only was the customer service experience great, but the equipment was in perfect condition. Definitely a shining star! After having bad experiences with other dealers, I’ve been reluctant to rent. I’ve been using U-Haul trucks and trailers since 1983 and worked with an affiliate 1983-1989. It’s easy to identify quality centers and those that care for the equipment.

Jose VThe truck was not in good mechanical maintenance, it consumes too much fuel. My experience was the first and will be the last with uhual. For the next time I will use another company whose trucks are in better condition, who use diesel and whose delivery process is not so complicated. And I give you a suggestion, have a 24/7 customer service number where people, not computers, answer.

Dixon FWatch orders more closely and make sure what equipment was requested is in the truck. I requested a handtruck and was never put in the truck. I had to move a 12 x 10 source unit by hand because I had no resource to get the handtruck that I ordered that wasn’t put in my truck, I truly feel I should have some kind of compensation for the inconvenience thank you
Juan PI always rent for this place. I do have another location close by but I choose this one for its clean and the stuff is always welcoming. The ladies were very helpful and still manage give you time despite having to be in and out while helping others. My only issue with U-Haul in general is: give me the truck full of gas and I will bring it full. I hate it when it’s at a different level and every time I bring it back I tend to put more than where it was and that’s just not fair. If everyone did that, the company is robbing the company out of few gallons here and there. Rental car offer it full and expect you to bring it back full and that’s only fair.
