This drop off location by my house was incredible. The people were fantastic. The representatives of the U-Haul operation did a great job. We came in and dropped the truck off and left. No questions asked thank you very much.

Misty RWe had issues picking up the Uhaul in Ocoee which wasn’t their fault and by the time we got to Deland the storage unit was closed😩.. I reached out to customer service and they contacted Kevin…. Kevin was so accommodating and helpful. I never had a storage and if need or a referral I’m going to send them to Kevin at personal storage for sure. 1-10 - they get a solid 10!

Charles NThe app is terrible. Slow and freezes a lot. The tutorial to drop off the rental is deceiving, shows you taking maybe 2-3 photos, when in fact is asking for almost 10 photos, look like a clown taking all those pictures at a place where is closed.

Jean AIt would be nice if the ramp was wider. We used a professional furniture dolly to move the furniture but couldn't take it up the ramp because the dolly was wider than the ramp; so, we had to lift the furniture up instead of having the benefit of a ramp. Otherwise everything was great.
Diana JThe service cannot be better at this location! They are more than willing to do whatever it takes like coming in early to meet the customers needs. The trucks are well maintained and are easy to drive with no worries about breaking down!
