I rented the truck and asked both the female at this location and the manager if it is okay too have someone else to pick of the keys because I was not going to be in class from 9-5:30. They both said yes. I was not aware until I received my bill that they asked the person how many miles I would be driving the trunk. That person said 20 miles which they did not know that the whatever he said could have resulted in me getting charged more or less. While talking too the female today she stated she asked the person that was picking up the keys because it is their policy. So I was charged an extra $21.51 because they decided to ask the person that was picking up the keys and not the person that is responsible for paying the billing and driving the truck. When I asked the female HER name she stated it was Johnathan. She never apologize or offered a solution she only waited on the phone and said "is there anything else" as if she had resolved the matter.Faith L.

I made a reservation for another location, they didn't even bothered to call and let us know that they did not have a truck. He even told us, they haven't had one for years, a courtesy call would have saved us time! We came to this location after calling several other locations, the counter person was polite and very helpful. I would recommend every customer to call and verify with their locations for trucks availability!Peter L.

The inside of the truck was so dirty that it was difficult to see out of the windows. We had to clean all of them as well as most of the cab area. The interior of the truck was clean, however.Anthony A.

I rented the truck and it was dirty and dolly and blankets was still in the back, I returned the dolly and blankets because I didn't asked for... After I got the truck I did one trip (back and forward) with few items inside the truck, after that I returned the truck. What got me upset was the fact that I was charged $25 for cleaning but I did not dirty the truck, I returned the way I received and that's was upsetting but what can I do?? One thing for sure, I will not rent a truck if I don't get inspected and make sure it's clean before even get inside...gilson O.
Today I had a terrible experience. I tried to buy a sccreen printing press and transport it back to tampa from Orlando. I rented the truck one way got the insurance and paid the deposit. Upon arriving at the printing press location, I found that I had been misled by the seller. I had no way to load the machine into the truck. It completely ruined my day. Without a need for the truck I returned it to the location, desperate for some silver lining. Parrish offered that silver lining. Upon hearing my disappointment, she immediately set to situating a refund of the one way two day and a re-rental for an in-town with the distance traveled. It was a lot of trouble that she certainly didn't have to go through and for that she deserves commendation. She was cordial, lighthearted and pleasant the entirety of the exchange. The work she put in to keep a bad day from becoming worse meant a lot. Thank you to who ever hired her. Thank you to Parrish. Give her a raise.Timothy S.

Employees should always connect the trailer to customers vehicles. Regardless of the customer is qualified. Make Sut to have brake cords on site. I had to purchase one to have lights work on the trailer. Never have I ever had a company tell me to drive extra safe. Cause no lights work. ???FREDERICK W.
The staff was excellent, great job all around. They were very helpful and willing to go out of the way to make you conformtable. The only complaint is that the drivers side mirror of my u-haul was hanging by a thread and when I shut the door it nearly fell off. Had to carry it the whole the drive.Zak B.

There was not enough room to park. Originally, I was supposed to drop off the truck at 6400 Winter Garden Road, but the site was not accessible due to a chain link fence, despite the fact that online the site is listed as 24 hours. We had to drive around the block wasting gas and miles on the truck searching for a way to get in and finally had to call Uhaul to switch our drop off location. Your service rep was very helpful in finding the new location.ANISE V.

I got ripped off! I needed to rent a truck to transport cabinets from Point A to Point B, a total of 12 miles. Talking to the sales rep at this location, I was trying to determine which option would be most cost effective for me: Returning it at the same location OR return it at a location near my final destination. The sales person informed me that if I return the truck at the other location, I will be charged $115 up front BUT I will be reimbursed upon arrival for a total Rental Fee is $29 plus mileage. Unfortunately, the Uhaul near my destination shut down recently without my knowledge. I then opted to return the truck the next morning at the Uhaul Florida Mall location next to my job. When I asked about the charge of $115 as opposed to the $29 rate, they said I need to call customer service. As of Today, I still have not heard back from anyone regarding an adjustment to my rate! $115 for a 12 mile drop off is unacceptable!William M.

I had to park the truck all the way at the back of the storage facility(5 min walk) after unloading it, due to the fact that the mini storage property was designed to be FULL of warehouses and was never intended to have enough parking area to store U-haul equipment.KURT M.

I was never contacted regarding my online reservation and when I did arrive, thinking I might be able to upgrade to a larger trailer, this location only had the trailer I had reserved. I was disappointed. I was not able to move the items I wished to move in the trailer which I had reserved and I felt this location would have better served me if that had either confirmed what was available or offered more equipment.NANCY M.
