My only complaint is I had a location 5 minute from my location. I had to drive 50 miles instead.

Get your crap together! I didn't find out until the day before I had to drive an hour and a half to pick up my truck. Then the only way I found out was by me calling you. I had the truck reserved and was told to pick it up at the place I called on Rally Pike 20 miles then I had to deal with a bitch who hung up on me.

The truck are very dirty. The cabin are whit grass and earth and small very bad . The truck outside are totally dirty and many damages in the back.

The first time I rented a truck from UHaul was 2 years ago. When moving day came, I was told there wasn't a truck available. Kinda makes moving difficult if there's no truck. This time around, the man from rental office called me and said he would convert my reservation to 24/7 so I didn't have to interact with him at all. That was awful because checkin and logout was a nightmare. Honestly the issues I've experienced with UHaul make me want to never use UHaul again. 0/10 do not recommend

I am fed up with your business model. For years I have relied on uhaul. But no more. Your trailers are unsafe. No jacks no chalks. And to heavy. One day someone will be killed by your equipment. And I hope I am available to be a witness. I intend to report you to the better business bureau. And osha you're products should be removed from service.

Office door had Sunday hours, the rental was due back at 9AM, so it was returned at this time, but no one was in the office. We came back 2 hours later to attempt to return face to face, but there was still no one available. This resulted in being told it was returned beyond the 24 hours period. I was also charged a cleaning fee for a truck that was fairly dirty at pick up. I would like a refund of the cleaning fee, as I returned it in the same condition that I rented it, down to leaving the same sock in the same location upon return

The uhaul tires were ridiculous. We wanted a dolly but didn't get it and didn't realize we didn't get it until we got to our house to start moving. We got charged a gas fee when we had filled it up, however I called to the Petersburg location and will be refunded that fee.

Petersburg Electric had my drop off at a location that had closed requiring me to drive further distance using more milage and gas on the rental and my personal vehicle. I was not credited money back to my satisfaction.
