There was some confusion because the property was closed for the day. But the owner was fantastic and helping us get everything taken care of.

We had a horrible experience picking up our U-Haul. The U-Haul itself had a dead battery. We had to use our own vehicle to jump the U-Haul U-Haul had pop sprayed all over in the inside of the vehicle. The 24/7 pickup and drop off was ridiculous and not easy. We had to call in and have a representative to help us and they were great but I would definitely hold your U-Haul vehicles away from the provider that we picked up from. The conditions of where this U-Haul is stored is trashy and I do not think that they pay attention to the vehicles. They don't check them when they come back. They don't check them daily to make sure the batteries are charged. We recently had a large snowstorm and the vehicles were not cleaned off and it was not ready for me to pick up. I would not recommend you having your franchise there as it was not a good experience at all

Roger RIt was after hours when I dropped off the car hauler. I tried calling the main U-Haul number to register the returned trailer but the wait time was rediculously long. I finally figured it out on-line which took some time.
