I had to spend over an hour on the phone with customer service. The website never populated my lockbox number and code to get the key. When I spoke to a rep, she had me go one by one and check each lockbox. This make the start of my move quite delayed, beyond being just frustrating. I will not return to this location and am hesistant to use the 24/7 service again.

Greg WThe only concern I had is when I returned the uhaul and brought keys to person behind counter I didn’t feel comfortable that it would be documented that I returned uhaul. So I called the following morning to confirm and the person did not document my return. But the did see that the uhaul was returned.

Don LLong wait to get it when I was told told I would be able to pick up at 1:15. It was well after 2 after being on the phone with support. I was also over charged when I returned it prior to the time I expected and the miles did not extend the amount estimated...
MELERIE TWhen we dropped of the truck we followed the App and took the pictures , A little un nerving leaving the Moving blankets in the back of an un-locked truck and nothing on the app ensured that we noted their return. I add pictures to the app to make sure i had proof of returning them.
