Matthew HI entered the store and patiently waited for the manual receipt. Due to a rainstorm the previous day, the truck was driven in a muddy area and became dirty. I wanted to speak to someone about it, but the store was quite confusing, especially since it was also a pet store. Eventually, a lady who worked there took care of me and called someone who was supposed to pick up my rental. However, the person she called had a bad attitude and she had to drive the truck to him herself. While I was waiting and looking around the store, the person who inspected my rental approached me with an unpleasant demeanor. He came straight up to me and informed me that I would be charged a $25 fee for cleaning, as the truck had mud. I looked at him seriously and reminded him that it had rained the day before. However, he didn't let me finish and simply stated, "Well, we are charging you because we didn't give you the truck in that condition." I reluctantly agreed to pay the charge. The guy then left and said that the lady would handle my payments. It took another 10 minutes for them to finally provide me with the charge and receipt. The guy's behavior was rude and his attitude was unnecessary, although I didn't mind paying the fee as I knew there would be one. This experience has made me decide never to rent from this location again. Furthermore, it was evident that the employee was disgusted with that guy.

Jonathan SThe staff at the U-Haul rental location in Stafford, VA were friendly. The rental process was easy, but there was a very long wait because they either had poor network or their computers were freezing, thereby necessitating frequent change of computers by the U-Haul staff before the reservation and rental process was completed. U-Haul location in Stafford need to work on their computers and probably switch to a better internet service provider.
