My first reservation, despite being guaranteed, did not have my truck or any other trucks available. This could have been a real disaster as I was moving and needed to get my things out of my apartment THAT DAY. I had to scramble and find another location last minute and ended up at Phillip Shell - they had the truck, pickup was a breeze, but when I got to my apartment, I discovered the cab had tons of moving blankets stored in there, all bunched up and all over the place. I didn't order moving blankets, but I had to spend the first 20 minutes of my move moving them out of the way and folding them so there was room in the cab for all of my things. All in all, not what I remember renting a Uhaul to be like... Moving is stressful enough, renting a truck shouldn't add to it.ANTHONY T.

This shell was close to me so very practical and easy for me. But very small and hard to find a spot to park. The only spot I found was the handicap zone which was OK'd by the shell personnel.Diego L.
The truck cab was not clean at all and in the current Pandemic Conditions this is unacceptable (sticky, dirty and wrappers on the floor) take 10 minutes and wipe it the cab down ...JEFF D.

Yalls scheduling system and customer service needs help, really bad. After taking with various employees and being re routed w my rental, the last guy who helped did better than all who serviced me. Not the shell station, it was the Shermanoaks under the fwy station that fixed it all. That guy was phenomenal!!!Armando O.

The equipment seemed to be fine. No Covid protocols taken meaning no wiping down in between customers. you don't know how long it was between you and the last person and the guy who is renting it did not give a damn about you or the U-Haul or Covid because he couldn't even be bothered to put a mask on and was rude. I would not recommend renting a U-Haul from this guy ever again. Terrible experience and I probably will never rent a U-Haul again. Get it together people.
