The truck cabin was not clean at all. The seats and the floor we're covered with chips of some kind. Also the stench of cigarettes was unbelievable. I had to drive with the windows open to try to get rid of the stench... No luck! I'm never renting a truck from U-Haul anymore!

Using UHaul services from this location, is the reason I will now be switching companies. Every single time, I have had to deal with issues- No gas (more than once), terrible customer service, reservations/ vehicles not ready, and now an employee who tells me that my reservation for 7pm through the 24/7 ride share didn't need to be filled because he didn't feel like doing it before closing out the UHaul services for the day. Pretended he didn't know what the lock boxes outside are for at all, which makes no sense because what does he think is advertised ON the trucks in the parking lot? If you need a vehicle ready for the actual reservation time, this isn't the place for you. If you want to utilize their 24/7 ride share services, this is definitely not the place for you. More than one employee has tried telling me those reservations are optional and not required to be ready. I'm going back to needing weekly rentals, and I have to add hours of extra drive time every month to patronize a different company from here forward. That is how bad it is trying to get service from this location.

Check and make sure the location is sticking to the terms of their contract with Uhaul. I specifically chose this location because the Uhaul website says they have Sunday return hours. When I picked up the vehicle on Saturday, I asked the employee what the return hours were on Sunday- he said 9am to 4pm. I went in at 10am on Sunday to return the vehicle and the employee working said that she wouldn't process any Uhaul transactions on Sundays. She confirmed that she was the right person, that I was in the right location, and that the Uhaul system was working, but continued insisting that she would absolutely not process anything for Uhaul on a Sunday. I explained what the Saturday employee and the website both said, and she called me a liar. I set the vehicle key down on the counter so I could get something out of my purse AND SHE PICKED UP THE KEY AND THREW IT AT ME. I will never, ever, ever use Uhaul again. Penske has my business for life.

I enjoyed my experience & I would recommend UHaul & this location. However I overfilled gas $84 and was told there was know recourse to get my money back. I have used services since 1983 & never experienced this one. Help!!!

The truck was not clean, the fuel in the vehicle was less than 1/4 tank, and the truck window did not work when it was let down only later did it work after some effort to make the window go back up. Lastly, i was charged for mileage when i should not have been charged for! My overall experience was poor at best.

Lane was fantastic! His knowledge and assistance with the vehicle transport very much appreciated. Snow, ice and cold temps didn't stop him teaching us how to set it up and them setting it all up properly for us.

The pick up and drop off were great. The truck's check engine light was on all weekend. The brakes grabbed and the cab stunk like smoke. The truck needs some TLC. The location is convenient though.

Due to scheduling issues with agreed upon drop-off location I was sent here instead. Due to that the process was awkward and convoluted. Some of which may have been on the staffing, but much of the blame rests solely on U-Haul and the drop-off change and the very short informational window of such (just 1-1/2 hours prior to scheduled drop off). I wrote a complaint to U-Haul customer service explaining the circumstances of my less than ideal experience requesting a refund for the additional day I was charged due to the new drop off location not being within my daily route and the very short notice I was given to make necessary changes to my schedule in order to comply with the change in drop-off location. I have not yet heard back, but hope that I will soon. This is the first time out of many that I have had a bad experience with U-Haul.

Truck mileage didn't match the checkout. I had to inform to customer service reps several times and still was charged for excessive mileage that I had to go up there twice to get refunded. It was truly a waste of my time even though I tried to prevent the errors ahead of time by taking pictures and physically showing the customer representative that the mileage was wrong.

The customer service rep was horrible. She is causing uhaul to lose money. I walked in and she said she had absolutely nothing available, she was very rude. I went to my car, went to uhaul.com and sure enough there were trucks available. This lady is very prejudice and should NOT be representing uhaul.

Overall it was a good experience. I did have a problem with the hand truck coming loose and breaking the seal when it should not have. I had to strap it to the wall due to what I was hauling and fearing that it would break loose and hit it and damage it. The mooring for the hand truck did not work well.
