KRISTI CThe moving blankets we rented as well were not placed in the truck. We did the 24/7 pickup and the business was not yet open so were unable to get the blankets. We also had issues with the check-in as the app was not compatible with Android phones but we were not told this in advance. We had to call customer service for assistance which delayed our equipment pickup.
