The people at this place are outstanding. I rent from here even though other locations are closer to where I need a truck, simply because of the nice, and competent , people that work there.

Lisa GWilliam at The PitStop was first rate. He navigated some UHaul system obstacles and got the move off to a great start. Please consider some system/connectivity/process improvements for these satellite locations.

Alex DI was originally suppose to pick my rental up in Springfield, IL. However the day before I was told I had to pick up in Pawnee,IL. Thirty minutes away. It makes no sense considering I drove by three places where I could pick up a U-haul.
Crystal VDrop-off was a quick & easy transaction also! The only suggestion I could give is to install an after hours key drop box at this location.
