Brandon HamiltonTo start off the app wasn't operating correctly for the pick up. And when I finally got the process underway the odometer was wrong and the app wouldn't allow me to take a picture to correct the issue. After an hour at the location and speaking to three different representatives I finally got the issue resolved. Upon return the app still doesn't want to work at the location. After the truck was returned I went to my bank account and realized I was double charged. A $59 hold and the final cost $48. Over all was a terrible experience, you need to get your app working properly and the fact I'm short $59 while trying to move in to my new home because I was double charged is unacceptable. Next time I'm going with Penske
Joseph MechlingThe process to pick up the truck was absolutely stupid. It took 40 minutes to even get the keys to the truck. After having to take pictures of myself, my license, the truck, and wait for Uhaul to call the contact that I had to provide to verify me, it was almost an hour process for no reason.

My mom loves our furniture!! So extra praise for that!

Debbie KingThe gentleman explained I should contact uhaul .com with my concerns. He said the rental place staff should’ve explained about personal Ins, the relocation fee and mileage so I could’ve decided to drive back or or relocate. He also felt 227.00 for just 24 hours was quite high, but he didn’t figure up all charges so I should contact uhaul. I called and placed a concern and was told management would call me back.

I have used u-haul before at different locations and this was not ever explained before. The tech explained the mileage as I’m not familiar with the area. He was super helpful and would recommend to anyone.

Joshua FederspielFirst, the entire “required” online process is cumbersome and not user friendly at all. Second, I shouldn’t have to create an account to return my equipment. Third, I should be able to use the reservation number from any phone to return.

JAMES WIERYThis was the noisiest vehicle I think I've ever driven! Engine noise, driveline whine and some strange noise that sounded like cicadas! And the check engine light came on not even halfway into my trip. These comments in no way reflect on Jim or the processing of the necessary paperwork. I have no issues with that.
