Joseph DIt's beyond ridiculous that not only do I have to pay by the day and put gas in the truck but also pay mileage as well. 1.09 per mile is way too much. I shouldn't have to pay almost 1000 bucks to rent a truck. Also I shouldn't have tplo pay 100 deposit when I use my cash app card.

Sherri SI was delayed from leaving Sidney NE. The rear inside tire on the passenger side showed no air and would not take air. A tire on the trailer had a slow leak. I found out at the Loves tire shop the truck tire had a bad valve stem extension and the tire had good pressure. I just filled the trailer tire up every time I fueled. I was delayed a little over an hour. Not too bad.

Levi EService personnel and equipment were not well prepared for our arrival and seemed rushed. There was damage to the truck and vehicle transport that was not noted and was dispatched with a faulty tire on the vehicle transport so along the route we had to wait for repair service to come replace a tire on the auto transport for safe delivery of our belongings. Which added about an hour to our trip. The quoted price for our rentals was lower than the actual as well only adding to frustration.

THOMAS AUhhh I had to drive 4 hours round trip to get a Uhaul 5 feet shorter than what re reserved. It also costed me at least $90 in gasoline just to get to my storage unit in Westminster CO (where my reservation was). We couldn’t keep a lot of out important furniture do to being given a shorter truck. Despite staying on route except for hotels I somehow went “over on mileage” $54 which I suspect was accumulated during my trip from Sydney NE
