The inside of the cab was dirty. The store was not open at 9:30 in the morning. He knew nothing of our reservation. He didn’t have the furniture pads or dollies we ordered and we had to drive the trucks an extra 20 miles to get them from another store ourselves. Very unhappy.

To make sure that they have all the equipment there that was stated when I setup my reservation instead of having me going to another place to pickup the appliance Dollie. Then used extra mileage for that and had to pay for that mileage. Make sure that they give all the information needed when making a reservation like, the price of the rental, the drop off location and if we can use cash or credit card.

I have a charge for full Gas but when rental the truck I was told 1/4. Every office diferent rules and now a need to fill up a complaint, very disappoint .

I requested a truck at a location next door to my storage unit. I had to pick up the truck from a location less than 3 miles from my requested location, but on the same road. Why couldn't they bring the truck to where I requested? I also reserved an appliance dolly, a furniture dolly, and 24 pads. They were not with the truck, nor available at that location. I had to drive the truck to another U-Haul location to get the items I had already reserved! Not only that, but the location where I received the truck charged me for the items I had requested, and informed me I could simply drive to the other location and retrieve the items. Upon arrival at the 3rd U-Haul location I was told that this was NOT TRUE!!! And that I would have to drive back to the other location, have him reimburse my credit card, then come back and I would be able to rent the items I needed. I was very dissatisfied with this service. I will definitely think twice about renting from any U-Haul location again.

It took me more than 2 hours to get the things ironed out and get the vehicle. I had to go back and forth between Reynolda branch and Yadkinville branch. He didnt have dolly so I had to go Yadkinville branch again to get the transfer done. The person at Reynolda was non co-operative. My rental reservation was cancelled by some one and he was checking for regular price. I had to ask him 10 times to call customer care or some one to confirm the deal i received online. He took long time to resolve his doubt. I am totally unhappy with the overall experience.

The pick up and drop off site was fine. The reservation system was a waste of time as the truck I reserved 4 days ahead of time was not available when promised and I had to go to 3 different places just to get a truck much larger than I reserved and larger that I really needed. The next time I need to rent a truck I will check other options before considering UHaul again.

Tell the truth, they told me if I didn;t use all the milage that I was given,that when I turned in the truck in Maryland,they would give me a credit on the milage that I didn't use,I didn't use it all and got nothing
