The window was so dirty could see out of it. Trim inside was broken. Truck was obviously mistreated transmission would change gears easily. Inside the trailer floor damage. Dolly & blankets left for previous rental.

PAUL HARTMANWhen you are considering U-Haul, please remember the following cautionary tale that just occurred to my spouse and I. Instead of contacting me via ANY method ( telephone / text / email / U-Haul portal), this location reported the vehicle stolen. This resulted in a SWAT team and a helicopter arresting my spouse at gunpoint in the middle of a Lowe’s parking lot. She’s African American and they had no less than 7 guns trained on her back and her face. ALL WHITE GUYS. U-Haul called in a SWAT team and nearly KILLED the love of my life - after I contacted them and was assured by the representative that there wasn’t a problem. The post traumatic stress none has her terrified to even be in a public parking lot. Every disgusting, pathetic, spineless piece of scum in that decides to work at this company deserves to be put in jail at gunpoint. Don’t even think about giving them money. After sorting out reality with the amped up boys calling themselves police officers, we were given 10 minutes to unload a 15 ft box truck into the parking lot or face having all our belongings stolen in front of our eyes. Seriously. I’d rather exclusively eat my own vomit for the rest of my life than acknowledge U-Hauls continued existence.

JOSEPH SCHAFFERI was given the keys after I inputted everything online, and then customer kept calling me and telling me that I had to go back to the original place because the process didn’t fully go through. The person on the phone was extremely mean. This was my first time renting from uhaul so I just followed instructions based on what I was instructed. I was supposed to get a discount and I still did not get it yet either.

CANDACE WINGOThe U-Haul agent did not know how to use the system to rent a truck. It took over 45 minutes and all I was trying to do was pick it up because I had registered online. Then, the agent forgot to put in the dolly. Then the agent informed me that even though I had reserved three sets of furniture pads that they didn't have any.

caleb houFirst of all the mileage is wrong, I sent a picture with the correct mileage and it was not adjusted at the end, second of all I returned the truck with the same amount of fuel as I picked it up which was at a1/4 of a tank yet you are charging me for 3 gallons of fuel, you charged me for the service of fueling the truck yet you have me credit for the same service, that tells me that you are just asking charges that don't really exist. Bad service.

Only gave me a $18.00 credit for gas, soon stead of paying $2.85 for gas at drop off location I payed $3.45 at pick up location, only offer $18 credit do the math I got screwed, will never use u- haul again!!!
randy PeeryAs long as you hide the SAFEMOVE charge of $14.00 for the rental without giving the Customer the option to Opt-out I refuse to do business with you again. How do you AUTOMATICALLY add it to the contract without giving the Customer the option? Not fair! And I will make sure to spread the word about this hidden fee. Wait till I YELP you guys, so don’t be shocked.

Tung ToPut up a large sign so people returning trucks know to park them across the street; I did not know this and had to back my way out of the area near the office, and there's little room.
