First my reservation was for a different location I got to the first location and they told me they didn’t have my reservation. He called and told me my reservation was at a pony express across town I got there and they were closed. Your rep kindly told me how to retrieve my truck. Then when I dropped off my truck they told me to put my key in lock box in front of the store. There was not lockbox in front of the store so I just put it in drop box on the truck. Little mix up but overall good. Truck really helped me a lot.

U-Haul phone application is the worst application I’ve ever seen in a production environment. How can this trash even be released in the Apple store? I was using it for self serve pick up. First of all, the app doesn’t show key code for me to get the car key. I wasted almost an hour talking to customer service. Secondly, if you cannot go back to previous pick up process page. It just returned page error and you can never go to pick up process again. Thirdly, when I was returning the truck, the app takes forever to complete the charging process. It kept spinning and spinning and showed error page eventually. This is a terrible user experience.
