We dropped off our trailer that evening so no one was at this shop. It was dark and not very inviting, honestly it was a little sketchy.

Pierre OIt was a small office and the staff smoked. Took my breathe away when I when it and made my husband and I sick. As we don’t smoke. The couple that was there were amazing and such nice people. We would gladly work with them again.

The day of rental I received a email saying that I could not pick up the vehicle from my reservation location...then when I traveled to the other location, I was told I could not pick up the truck there and would have to travel to a 3rd location 20 miles away.

Catrina TMake sure the amount of fuel is correct. There was not 1/4 tank so miles were given. A total of 20 for change of pick up and 14 for fuel but then charged for those miles at the end. That isn’t a good practice.
