There was supposed to be a drop box, but I couldn't locate it. I will have to return to the business first thing in the morning when they re open to return the key.

Jacqueline CThis location did not have any of the extra items I reserved (blankets/dolly). They recommended I drive to the uhaul place 10 minutes away to get the stuff. I would have reserved the truck at the real uhaul location in the first place if I had known I’d have to waste time driving there anyway. Then then truck was at a 1/4 tank when I got it, but their system said it was “full”. I paid $60 to fill it up, only drove 20 miles, and got a tiny $25 discount for fuel when the vehicle should have been full when i got it in the first place. It feels like this place is scamming people to save money on gas.

Victor Pi signed up online; my truck was not at the correct location even though the email said to get it there. the app failed repeatedly. it took an hour to get the truck, and i'd done everything right. and it needed the oil changed.
TA BThis UHaul location was a big life saver! Home Depot had cancelled our reservation the morning of, "due to availability." We made our reservation with this location last minute, but pick up an drop off were so easy! We ended up finishing our job earlier and it cost us less than we would have spent with Home Depot!

Allison WRented the Cargo Van and the first day of driving it the driver side windshield wiper flew off. It happened to be on a rainy day. Spoke to the area Mgr (?) and was told we were responsible to pay for it since we didn't buy the insurance. This seems like maintenance on your part and how would we know it was faulty in the inspection.

Nabil DOn the inside of the front of the van there was cat hair and maybe even cat poop. So much animal hair and dust. Needs a good clean but the service at Postal Annex was superior to my other Uhaul experiences.
Jessica SI did not get the van I requested. Or the Dolly. I received a small truck that stunk. The mileage was not what the lady at the Postal Annex had on record so she could not record my Mileage. She said she would only charge me for 10 miles and that did not happen. I was charged $73 dollars. I feel like I was screwed over. It was not a good experience at all.

Peter JThe service I received from the U-Haul call center on reserving the cargo van was very poor. They gave me incorrect information about the reservation that they booked for me, 1. On 8/18 I called into the U-Haul call center to rent a cargo van for 2 days, starting at 8 am Saturday 8/20 and return at 8 am Monday 8/22. The call center booked a reservation, and told me that even though the location didn’t open until 10 am Saturday I would be able to check out the van and get the keys at 8 am using the company’s phone app. 2. On 8/19 a representative from the rental location called me and told me that it would be more convenient for them if I came in to check out the vehicle during their regular business hours on 8/19. I told them that I would do that if they agreed to allow me to return the van on Monday 8/21 and still charge me for only two days. The representative agreed to that arrangement. 3. After checking out the van I received a text notice requiring me to return the vehicle by 4:30 pm on Sunday 8/21. When I called the U-Haul customer service system to correct the situation, the representative was extremely rude to me, refused to acknowledge that U-Haul had unilaterally changed the terms of my rental from a two-day rental to a three-day rental, and insisted that I would have to pay for a 3-day rental if I returned the van on Monday. 4. To avoid the costs of a third rental day, I returned the van on Sunday afternoon and checked it in using the U-Haul phone app. After completing the check-in I discovered there was no drop box at that location where I could leave the key. I called in to the U-Haul customer service center. After a 26-minute wait on hold, I was able to speak with a very helpful representative. He agreed that the only option available to me was for me to personally return the key to the location when it opened on Monday morning. 5. What became obvious after this experience was that I never would have been able to check out the van on Saturday at the time that I wanted, and the call center was mistaken in telling me that I could check the car out on Saturday morning before the location opened. If I had arrived there at 8 am as planned, I would have to wait until the location opened at 10 am before I actually could have checked out the van and received the keys. 6. One positive note: The staff at the rental location (Friday check-out and Monday receiving the return key) were very courteous and helpful. All of the problems that I encountered were with the staff in the U-Haul corporate system.

Monika PWas told by a u-haul representative that I’d be able to drop off my key after hours when I extended my rental by phone. When I arrived at my return time there was no Dropbox. I called the U-Haul customer service line again, and the employee stated the location did not have a Dropbox and that I would have to return my key the next day. I’m not sure why the employee who extended my reservation by phone did not seem to be aware there is no after hours drop off at the location.
Nicholas KThe pick up of the truck went well. The dropping off did not. I parked and went into the store and she could not finish checking the truck back in because I had to connect to the reservation on my phone to confirm I was at the right location and it would not do it. I had to turn on my location finder to do so. Then I had to confirm miles and gas amount by taking a picture, I had taken one already but it would not let me use it so I had to go back out to the truck parked on the street and take another picture while on the app and upload it. I went back into the store and then it said I needed to take a picture of the cab and back of the truck to confirm retuned in clean condition so I had to go back out to the truck again. It would be very helpful if they would explain this to you when you picked up the truck in the first place so you would know what the process is to return the truck. I have never had to do this before when returning a truck. I will rent from U-Haul again but I do not think I will do it again from a place that in not an actual U-Haul location.

Mark HTheres no dropbox for the keys for after hours drop off so the hours are really short. I extended my rental period and I ended up having to come back then next day to drop the keys off. very inconvenient considering i dont own a car and had to take the bus and take time off of work.
