When I rented the truck, I was not notified the location would be closed and I needed to use my mobile phone to complete the checkout option. I almost left to look for another truck. There was no signage at the location providing basic instructions for after hour rentals. Once I figured out where to get started, the process was fairly smooth.Doug V.

Warn customers if they are going to do a drop off, they'll have to navigate the rental drop off procedures which will take a while to complete. It involves uploading pictures verifying mileage, gas tank level, cleanliness, and vehicle damage. I didn't watch the video! Surprised on how long it took me.richard E.
I picked up the uhaul on Saturday to bring a couch to 37th Street and McDowell in Phoenix. The trip is less than 75 miles round trip. I was charged for 142 miles. The telling issue is the attendant shared that he checked in the vehicle on Monday, that there was less than 1/2 tank of gas. I filled the truck less than 1 mile from their location, so how was over a half tank of gas burned. This has been a terrible experience and I'll be reporting this incident. I'll never use Uhaul again unless this is made right.Frank G.

It's the little things that mean the most...from putting in my own hitch on my truck to wanting to make sure I didn't have to touch a thing when it was so hot outside. The movers I got through U-Haul were the worst ever, they damaged my furniture and both of my homes. Not to mention when I was called regarding the men, I asked how much experience they had and I was told 10 years. I'm not sure about that but what I am sure of is that when you are sending movers that are deaf and can't talk, you should give me the option to see if I think I will be able to properly communicate with them to get the job done. The 2 men that were sent were nearly impossible to communicate with, they wanted me to text them everything, honestly that is impossible when you are moving. They took items to the wrong rooms, did not load the truck the way we wanted it and it took us several more hours to move since we could not talk to each other. Lesson learned, hire a moving company if you want movers and don't go through U-Haul.Chris B.

U-Haul's app does not work well; you need to take and submit photos (personally identifiable information) while at the U-Haul dealer, then you finally are able to submit it on page four of the app, IT FAILS, meanwhile the U-Haul dealer is sitting right there patiently and could have done the whole thing for me. They're embarrassed. I'm embarrassed. Company is great. App does not work.Joseph R.

The young lady who helped me was professional, polite, and attentive. Everything went smoothly. I did point out to her that the gas gauge was at 3/4 and not 7/8 (as was on the rental sheet) and she said she would not that. I may have been charged for extra gasoline (because I returned it 3/4 full). However, she had already discounted the rate because I wanted to rent a trailer and they had none available, so I rented a truck instead. I will definitely recommend.donald M.

The assigned vehicle was parked behind and blocked by another truck by the facility operators. This caused me to have to back it out of a 100 yard path in the dark. This not my usual vehicle, having to do that in the dark was not pleasant.domenico L.

Very nice young lady helped me but she had no knowledge on how to load a vehicle on a car trailer. She said there was usually a coworker there that knew more but he did not work weekends. She sent me to another small U-haul dealer across the street to help secure the vehicle. The only person working came out and repositioned the front tire tie downs but said that for liability reasons could not handle the safety chains. He sent me to a larger U-haul site a few miles away and they attached the safety chains and checked all other connections. I wish U-haul online had sent me to the larger location first.Robert A.
