Noel CThe van was full of dog hair, the cab and seats were full. We put sheets over the seat because when I arrived at our moving location I was cover and smelled like dog. Plus I am allergic to dogs and had to deal with the affects of that all day

COLLEEN WI was charged an addition 50.00 for what I am not sure please advice j would like s refund on that amount please. I wax texted that I wax late on picking up the vehicle I replied I wax on my way . My pick up time was 10 and i arrived at 11. The owner at power plus said my reservation was cancelled. As far as the vehicle goes there was a tire pressure light on the entire time even after I tried to put air in the tire myself

Norberto TThe most horrible place ever, while my brother was driving on the highway the driver kept on opening we had to pull over on the side which the brakes was grinding, I will never rent a uhaul from this place again. On top of that the men charged me $148 on Saturday which he told us to drop the truck back to him and we did, on Monday morning he called to tell me that he was trying to charge my card it couldn’t go through I asked him for what he said that I went over my mileage and he have to charged me an extra $199 which was observed I hate that place I don’t recommend anyone to rent from him.

ROBERT LI feel that I was overcharged on this rental. I picked up the vehicle at 4PM (3:42) earlier than i requested to help out the dealer. I returned the truck on Sunday at 3:10 PM and was still charged an extra day and an after hours fee of $20.00. My original cost of $311 ended up being $434.04. I disputed it and after over 30 minutes on the phone was able to get a $50.00 refund. However, I will go elsewhere other than this location and other than U-Haul for my next rental. I am very dissatisfied with the "bait and switch" tactics of U-Haul.
