Uhaul holds too much that is not disclosed and you have to do all the effort to make sure they return it yourself help number says there just schedulers had to get area feild manager number to get some help should not have to call anyone fair rate fair rental not have to chase our money would be much more reasonable

I can't think of anything. Equipment worked great, move went well, rental was easy, return was easy, accommodating my needs was great, service was great, facility was close to home. Nothing more I can think to ask for. Thanks

The truck I had needed a wheel alignment badly. I had to turn the wheel to the left to keep the truck headed straight. If I lifted pressure off of the wheel for an instant the truck veered hard to the right. I drove this truck like this all the way to Los Angeles and back, almost 2,000 miles. It was not a pleasant drive, it was very exhausting keeping the truck straight on the freeway, and I'm sure it hurt my gas mileage and cost me more money in fuel than it should have.

The truck had less than 1/2 tank of gas when I got it. The register they had me sign for how full the gas tank was, was fairly accurate. When I took it back, I put enough gas in it to be MORE than that mark was, and more than it had in it when I got it. But, they charged me for less gas than it had in it. They charged me almost $10 for a couple of gallons of gas. You can look it up. My name is Anne Davis and I rented it on Saturday Dec. 12 from Precision Towing in Turner, OR

So here's my biggest beef, besides having to drive bigger truck!!! So originally I was going to drop off truck in Lyons, Or. Which was only a few miles from my final destination. So I get a call asking me to return the truck to Stayton, Or. instead which was a bit further and that person was nice and all, but never told me why and added a few miles to my mileage plan so I agreed. Then the next day I get a call saying that Stayton was full and I needed to return it to Turner, Or.!!! Now this was getting crazy..... Return site keeps getting further and further away!!!!! That lady offers to add more miles to the mileage plan, I said someone already did that but at this time my refill cost was stacking up and someone had to follow me to turner of course!!!!!!!!! Ended up being near 50 mile round trip to return your truck!!!! Seriously after a long drive the day before, loading and unloading the trucks and cars etc.... Guy wants to relax and kick it not spend a couple hours refueling and driving even more!!!!!! Stopped and got a bite to eat, by the time we rolled back into the yard half our day was gone!!!!! Went from a 15 - 20 min return to a couple hours!!! Not very familiar with these parts the country, new to me, a couple back roads and slow speed zones and it's an hour round trip no matter who you are!!!! So lady in Turner tells me over the phone that she might be able to refund me a few bucks for the extra gas, after all how is it the customers responsablities when your lots are to full!!!!!!! I told her now that would be very appreciated and thoughtful, beings this rental was turning into a royal pain in the rear!!! So when she checks me out she tells me that corporate was going to get ahold of me it was there call on the refund..... Well it's been a week and half no e-mail, no phone call, nothing returned to account..... REALLY..... I've been sitting on this survey for a week or so just waiting to hear from somebody!!!!!! Ya know your not the cheapest game in town, but you are one my favs.... Always been real good to me..... This time..... Not so much!!!! Of course as I pissed and moaned the rest of that day everybody had there horror stories to add!!!! I used to work for a company that uses you guys regularly and am still best friends with the owner!! Got to know that locations people real well, the system and always trusted your equipment, so for that reason your always first on my list...... I just don't know anymore!!!! Can't believe, no phone call, e - mail, nothing!!!!!!!!!!! Didn't have a problem calling me a few times to change things up..... E - mailing me several times with reservations, E - mail me with switching of truck size!!!! That's another thing, that didn't happen till the day before!!! So even if I wanted to try and find a smaller truck with someone else with less then a days notice, NOT LIKELY!!!! Well off my soap box for now!!!

Linda was great. She cleaned up a lot of mess and confusion created by your people moving our order around all over the place. Background people should contact customer and renting agent when making these changes. This again was not a good experience in renting from UHaul.

Somehow figure out a more accurate of how much gas is needed. I unfortunately lost some money for just a bit to much gas. It wasn't so long ago that a customer could reimbursed. Sad that this was taken away.

You need to make sure the trucks are in good running order you need to check with the customer who had the truck before reports any mantinence problem the truck had transmission problem bad and we had to baby it all the way to AZ and just made it I was not happy

We were surprised the per mile charge was so much. We would have preferred the smaller truck at 19.95. We were informed they usually do not have available but still advertise it.

I received my "receipt" via email after I left. In hindsight, I probably should have received the receipt at the time I was leaving to ensure everything was correct.
