Went in Friday around noon to rent a truck for Sunday. I was told the location wasn't open on Sunday but I could go online and reserve the truck. This was just fine. I was told the key would be in the back of the truck and the bed would be locked, that I would receive the code for the lock when my rental started. Got to the truck Sunday at 11, went through the process of checking the truck out, open the door and there was no key. I messaged the person I had rented from and waited. After waiting almost an hour I just called to cancel the truck, which was already inconvenient as I know had to find something else to move with. I had two people schedule off of work to help me and one who had to get a baby sitter. I finally found a trailer I could borrow but had to clear a pile of limbs from it first. As we start to load he trailed I get a message at 1 saying the renter would meet me at the truck pickup location with the key in an hour. I was there at 2, she did not arrive until 2:45. She then gave a half hearted apology and handed us the key. I told her I had cancelled the reservation, asked what I needed to do. She said I could go through the same process online and that I should be able to reinstate the original agreement. Then left. We didn't get everything straightened out until around 4. By then it started to sprinkle and two of my helpers had to leave to pick up children. Four hours wasted. Hardly any apology from her or uhaul when I called. Completely unprofessional. I will NEVER go through uhaul again. I can't believe this is how you handle customer issues. Moving is a stressful event without this nonsense. I understand accidents happen, but the way it was handled was ridiculous.Jessica H.

This location was in a automobile body repair. The smells and sounds of grinding metal was very annoying while waiting for the dealer to process my information. We needed some blankets; however, this location did not have any for our move. Regardless, the dealer was friendly and helpful.Darell R.

Location was great for pick up. The truck we rented had a hole in the roof, unnoticed by the rental facility. The truck was returned with payment issues which held up our process, not the facility's fault. Even though we had pre-registered it still took an hour to process everything. Not all was Precisions' responsibility. The person we worked with was very kind and accommodating. She called and got assistance. Her establishment fixed the repairs necessary and she tried to expedite our rental process. She did all she could to help us.Robbin H.
