I originally rented the unit from a U-Haul establishment on. What is Tulare Street in Dinuba. I was not allowed to take the truck back there because your name was not in your computer. The folks on West Tulare St. were very professional and courteous. I’ll do hope you put their address in your computer in the future, as they were very courteous people

Just trying to log in was a hassle. Would not accept my password and the code to change password always stated wrong code.
rubin GMake sure vehicles are in good running condition. I had a transmission light that was lite and a gas tank cap that was faulty and the sensor light would not turn off after several attempts to fix it.

enrique mThe level of unprofessionalism that this location has is beyond measure! The lady who checked me out said "Hey it's U-Haul, of you have a problem complain to them!" The truck should have NEVER been checked out as it was never cleaned! There was old, dried fast food left in the cab, the amount of dog hair would make a full fur coat, and the smell of cigarettes permeated the entire trip, when you're not a smoker it makes it worse. The amount of big guts, bird shit and dust on the outside alone was enough to let the staff know it shouldn't have been checked out, nonetheless they did.

Humberto VAir conditioning did not work at all. It was EXTREMELY hot and my children and I were drenched in sweat. Needed that vehicle at that time and there was no alternative vehicle. Very friendly staff, very easy rental and will rent from them again.
SAGE CIt took 40 min just to pick up the keys in the drop box. The time was so inconvenient and there was a lot of transients, scary.. too many questions were asked when I already did it over the phone when I made the reservation.

Javier HI was called and asked to pick up the truck on Friday because they are not opened on Saturday and I would not be charged for that day. I also returned the truck at 8:36 on Sunday but your receipt is showing that it was after 9:00. I should only be charged for 1 day rental.
