UHaul changed my preferred drop-off location from my reservation when I picked up the truck. Drop-off at Priority Towing was an adventure. No signage and no one on the property. it is a rather desolate location and I wouldn't like to make a nighttime return there.. I had to call the call the business to return the truck. Apparently the only towing dispatcher on duty that day called off sick. the owner/manager I spoke with gave me instructions for my return and followed through on everything he said he would do to close my return. His service made up for the physical plant shortcomings.

Cab of truck extremely dirty. Had to purchase cleaning supplies. Not good considering covid times.

After we received the uhaul everything was fine, but the before was not enjoyable at all. We received a call late Friday (after everyone was closed) that you couldn't locate a truck for us on Saturday morning. Very stressful. Would've preferred to know before the last minute and wasn't able to contact anyone to ask about it. Then when a uhaul was found we had to travel further away to get it. That wasn't such a problem, but the initial email we were given only listed the name of the place. Unfortunately this uhaul supplier had an old location which took us even further away and more time to finalize the exchange.

The place was clean yes, but when dropping it off it was not very straight forward on where you needed to go to do so.

Very bad experience at this location. First of all, it looks extremely uninviting and even scary from the lot. I could not discern where the entrance was. After I dropped off my UHAUL equipment, I called their number - at first, no pickup (it was 9:30am on a business day). Finally, I got a hold of someone and he said that he would go out and check my equipment in. He did not. A day later I got a 'late equipment' notice from UHAUL, despite me dropping my equipment off a day early, at 9:30 on a business day. Eventually I got it sorted out, but even the Uhaul representatives on the phone had a hard time reaching this business during normal hours. Something is not right about how they are doing business, and it reflects poorly on UHAUL.

Not much signage. Customer counter was in employee break area and had vulgar signs. Employee was not very helpful, and gave no instruction on where to unhitch the trailer.

my only complaints about the experience involved the young man who was our initial contact: he had issues with computer sytem (saying he hadn't been trained), then could not get key for truck, then changed size of truck without asking... he did seem to be trying very hard, but it took over an hour to get a truck, also delaying another group of people who had a reservation.
