Signage very hard to find, this car wash does not have a store front but is located at the back of a strip mall. No desk or service counter, employee was friendly but did the entire return process on his phone without making me sign anything, and I ended up being incorrectly charged for two extra days of rental.JEAN-PHILIPPE L.

I had several problem and had the worst experience I had booked online a week ago my moving date. I rented the Van so I could move between apartments, had booked the elevators so needed to be well in time. 1) When I went to pick up the van, the location was closed. Only after I called, the person arrived. The shop was opened at 9.20am when I booked the Uhaul for 9am pickup 2) I had booked for two trolleys to help me move. However, the person mentioned that he didnot had any? -> why didnot Uhaul send him proper message saying what I had booked days in advance? -> why didnot the person in charge check for trolleys to see if its available? -> if the trolleys were not available, why didnot they contacted me by email/phone so I could arrange it from another place --> with everything running late already, I had to carry the boxes myself, hurting my back and hands. This is unacceptable from a company like Uhaul -> The person was very rude. He said "either you can stay here and discuss with me or take the Uhaul" 3) He added the distance to be 50km in estimation when I told me it was only 30km. At the end it did come out to be 28km and he charged me only for that after few arguments 4) I took a picture of fuel before and after. It was well below the mark and I just didnot want to argue with him. He was just trying to con money out of me. Overall the worst experience ever. A simple fact that I had to move without a trolly is something I dont understand. And the rudeness of the person in charge, he is just an idiot who just wants to con money off people. The guy who did the checkout was completely stoned and behaviour was unprofessional. In my many years of experience with uHaul , this was the worst . Never gonna come back this centre or recommend this centre to any oneSelvam S.

I took the van at 11 am and dropped the keys at the same venue at 5 pm same day. You have charged for 1 day plus 200+ kilometers. where as i drove only 120kms. I am going to sue Uhaul for fraud billing.SURESH R.

I should be picking up at 9 am but I went there at 9:30 and still the office was closed. I waited for them to come. The pick up time on the contract is a lie I don't know how they have done it I have pictures to prove with time. I returned in timely manners still they have charge me late fee. I have pictures to prove. I sent email to ask to remove the late feee. I have returned the truck at 7pm and they told me they will check later. Next thing I know they closed the file at 10:49pm and charged me late fee. Why is that????????? I would like to get an answer.Azim S.

There was a used face mask in the car. I received the truck at 1/4 of a tank and returned it past 1/4 and they marked it out between 1/4 and 1/8 which is INCORRECT. I have the receipt to show I put $20 in it 10 minutes before i returned it exactly on time. There's also a service fee of $90 for Additional days? I returned it at the scheduled time and was expecting a $20 After hours fee. They charged me 36.74 for a fuel fill up. I filled it PAST what I got it at. I can send you the receipts. I am not happy at ALL with this service and this is my first time using Uhaul and I'm extremely unimpressed. I have a Large U-Haul booked for Tomorrow and I will consider canceling and never using your service again if I do not hear back. CandiceCandice B.

The UHaul rep/sub-contractor was very professional and accommodating , but the charges and billing were mishandled...and they need to be rectified. The agent/proprietor was not available at the time of return...but had previously directed me to "speak with head office" if there were any issues with final billing. 1) I was charged $30 for insurance coverage which I was not given the option to choose. It appeared on the pick up "bill"...coverage at UHaul is quoted at $15...but if the agent had asked he would have been told that rental vehicle insurance/liability is covered through my personal vehicle insurance. i have a previous billing with UHaul that would confirm no coverage was necessary at point of purchase, but I was charged double by UHaul. The rental pick up location was horrible, the store owners ignored me for 20 minutes while talking amongst each other, then finally when they got to me, they did not know what they were doing. He did not know how to use the Uhaul Portal himself and I was figuring it out with him. They dont wear any masks and were constantly coming way too close to talk. I would never ever go back to that shop for any reason.John F.
